    just so u know @VodafoneIN Even if the bills pile up, m not gonna pay a single penny. Becz one pays only when one gets something in return. As a global brand it should burn you a little of the looting you're doing off your customers without even providing below average service.

    This is next level insane @VodafoneIN I've waited for a week. I did not receive any follow up service calls. Nor did you network team who was supposed to call, got in touch and my network failed to perform even an inch better than 2G. And yet.. tbcontd.. 👇

    I want to port from @VodafoneIN to any other network as I'm super frustrated by the network. Calling issues all we have to do is rely on our wifi connection. Seriously call kr nhi skte and net thikse chlta nhi Can I get less ping issue from @airtelindia @Idea

    Won't be using @VodafoneIN services anymore as my sim doesn't give me 4g network even if my device supports it and I have added all necessary settings/plans. They have not activated 4g on sim level. Their customer care is not functioning. So I don't have much of a choice.

    @VodafoneIN No no don't apologise please. I've had my share of apologies since last 6 months. And m done with it. Also I've gotten a call from service executive who promised that he would connect me to the network team. But its been 4 days and m still awaiting that call.

    After a pathetic network coverage for even voice call I ported my number from @airtelindia to @VodafoneIN then found they are in competition for who is the dumpest. Then I ported to @Idea now I came to know that there’s three in competition. Well done 👍🏻 Bravo 👏🏻

    Vodafone network day by day getting worst. In my area of Navi Mumbai neither wifi works nor mobile data. Forget about 4G or 3G... even 2G not working. Even calls are not getting disconnected and having frequent call drops. Vodafone Idea network really sucks... @VodafoneIN

    It's been 3 months since we've been in lockdown and since last 3 months @VodafoneIN your network has been nothing but ****. I repeat. ****. So much for a **** that not even a single call got connected in First Go. Never ever. And if the call luckily got connected, then.. (2/3)

    @VodafoneIN still not rcvd the duplicate bill for Oct 19 in email. Jun 20 bill rcvd in email but unable to download the as showing server error. Only bill payment link is opening. Fed up with Vodafone now. Such a poor network since last 2 yrs. time to switch @Airtel_Presence

    @VodafoneIN I was a Vodafone postpaid customer earlier. Ported out to Airtel couple of months back. Had a huge network issue and internet speed issue with Vodafone.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I was presented with a bill including charges (1294.96rs)for the calls which I did not make. After raising the concern received a complaint number. @ViCustomerCare closed the case without investigation & issued 500rs waiver in bill amt. #poorservice

    @ViCustomerCare and @VodafoneIdeaIN - this is extremely unfortunate that @ViCustomerCare is defrauding customers with the RedX plan and Netflix issue and then harassing them. Even the #Vi #CEO doesn't care about such unethical practices. Truly #Shameful.
