    @VodafoneIN after ur network engineer visit at my residence in 1st week Aug..nothing changed nor any solution deployed. MAILS written..called up cust service but pathetic response. Hence degraded the tariff from Red business.Not worth paying money to such service providers

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup The worst case scenario is that your network subscriber has not been able to access any internet for four days. Repeatedly when I complained I was given a date of 13/06/2022 - it was said that your problem will be fixed by 2 pm -
