@kamleshsutar @VodafoneIN doesn’t care about it service anymore. Bad service, over billing etc is the norm for them. I had cancelled a Vodafone no after 14 years because of all those mentioned above

@VodafoneIN Allow me to clarify: - it's been 2 weeks since I've had this SIM issue. - I've visited the local gallery 6 times. All 6 unsuccessful. - time money and petrol spent. - The phone app is buggy, the execs have taken my picture multiple times all across the gallery.

The worst service from vi 😔 Last mnth i recharge my number for 2 month plan but just after few u disabled my number , after visiting your care center they said me to we have to recreate your number they charged 300 for that process, And force me to postpaid470 @ViCustomerCare
