  @ViCustomerCare Just found out that VI stores in Mumbai are open till 7pm but all work of taking new requests are stopped after 6.30pm on account of Back office closed. How does this work?? VI want us to visit the store but don't allow them to help customers, is this company policy???

  @ViCustomerCare i am in Guyana right now last 10 day i am trying to fix network issue just there is only no service . i tried to reach out there customer care and through vi ap mail etc. i came here and trusted that vi is good in service but nothing like that... @ViNewsOfficial

  @ViCustomerCare I am recieving more than 10 spam calls on a daily basis and I am fed up of this. Please do something or I will have to port my number to a new service provider which can help me in this.
