@ViCustomerCare every Saturday and sunday I'm facing internet and coverage problem. I raise complaint many times but no solution. Sat_sun day r role on data but no proper service by Vi. Very cheating schemes &service. Can get fast service atleast for PORT. #LeavVibocizBadService

Dear @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare The in store services have been pathetic. Had this 11 year old prepaid number which I went to get the new SIM for.Your executive refused to issue without Aadhar which I don't have .but agreed to issue a postpaid connection with non Aadhar id

@ViCustomerCare What's this behaviour? Even SC has said in the judgements Aadhar is no longer mandatory @no2uid Disappointed to the core. Being an old customer this sort of services were never expected. Would that I had port this into some other telecom ,anything but not Vi !!!!
