@ViCustomerCare I have recharged for data for 56 days. But for a month now, I am not getting any data connectivity on my phone. I have had terrible experience with customer care. The support staff have been rude.

@ViCustomerCare I have already paid my bill on 21-05-2021 but still I am getting calls from your side to pay the bill again. When I spoke to your customer care they said that if the bill is not paid then you will get the money refunded but I've not get yet it means bill is paid.

Why are you closing the complaints without resolution. Hello! Your System mismatch related complaint with reference number C003-105992516024 is resolved. Such a unethical practice by @VodafoneIN. @TRAI @rsprasad Why common man has to bear such harassments by Telecom Companies.
