Without any prior information suddenly lost network in vi simcard changed tried with another phone another sim slot but the problem is the same. And no response from their calling support portal. What if someone is on important trip and lost network???? @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I'm very disappointed to say about VI. My post paid plan is of 399 per month but Vi billing me above 500 Rs every month. Reasons are unknown for this. I need Vi immediate support.

@ViCustomerCare disables mobile network as soon as the data plan is over. The app says I have incoming service active. I wonder how. I can't even receive otps required while recharging online. 🥴 gonna port my sim to @reliancejio soon. Just one more recharge for you voda

@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar... Keen to know if your operations team really exist because if yes than I believe 10 complaints and 15 phone calls were enough for them to resolve the issue when your customer is in roaming @ViCustomerCare.
