    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare there is still no resolution to my complaint where you’re charging for a service you haven’t provided. Vi is proving to be a Total cheat and scamster business! The international roaming services did not work so you should not charge the customer!

    @ViCustomerCare very pathetic service and u only people try to collect money without providing proper network. No customer redressal system and no addressing the customer complaints but calls will be made for bill reminders

    @ViCustomerCare I applied for SIM replacement on 20.9.22 and it is more than a week still my new SIM isn't able to find the network as the verification process is still underway. I am totally fed up with it. Kindly resolve asap as it is my primary number.

    @ViBusinessIndia on a scale of 1-10 how bad do you @ViCustomerCare think is your International Roaming data service? Almost 24 hours post activation, and 4 customer calls later, still no sign of Internet for me in EU. #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare I already raised a complaint with my VI number for network fluctuation since past week on Number 7447030442, but no assistance has been provided. Network drop from 4g to no network, with my phone still. I use it as hotspot. I used to get two signal bar in past.

    It is now more than 5 months and unconcerned @ViCustomerCare has still not returned my deposit. Once again requesting @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK to help resolve this issue. Terrible how VI treats its customers. And now I will get the same stupid message from their SM team

    @ViCustomerCare I would like to give you my input - as there are no such plans with any service provider to carry forward the data. Y don't you make such plan to carry forward the left GB data to the next day. I assure you get a good deal to it!
