    @ViCustomerCare the amount of confidence you put in your promotions and the actual service you provide, the difference is pathetic. Dealing with your customer care for over 10 days now but to no avail. only tickets are being raised and closed without solution

    @ViCustomerCare I have main balance 39 and I had recharged with 39 which gives 14 day validity still I am not able to sms and call. What is the issue ?

    @TRAI I have a Vodafone number and the bill due date is 9th August. @ViCustomerCare calls me atleast 10 times a day asking for bill payment which is not even due. The customer call center person responded that she had raised some request. Dint get any response yet.

    @P2018R @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare i thought only i am struggling, but looking at above tweets many people are struggling and frankly speaking no support no acknowledgement from VI ! look like you are planning to packup the business from India ?

    @ViCustomerCare @pathakvinay My mother uses your service from last 8 years but 2 years ago be wanted to change postpaid to prepaid but your service center never cooperated. Aleats makes accuses and does not change. My mother is differently abled..still you dont support.

    @ViCustomerCare such a bad sarvice provide by vi sim are deactivated from last two days And stor exicutive told me to convert my sim in postpaid for 4 months in surat Adajan... Not gone use your sim
