@ViCustomerCare It's being more than a month, I raised a network issue complaint, but still now resolution provided, i have 9days validity left before that i will switch to another service provider if issue not resolved. I have 3 VI SIMS.

@ViCustomerCare I port from Jio to VI and that is my worst mistake... VI have worst network...wait NO NETWORK... No Internet speed... Worst thing is OTP never comes on time will reach me after 24 hrs sometimes it takes more than this.. #VIISTOTALLYSHIT

@ViCustomerCare sir, I've recharged with rs79 and later rs10. But still I can't send a sms. Now customer care saying that u should recharge with minimum 128. This is a fraud. Kindly return back my money.
