    @ViCustomerCare i deactivated Vodafone number in Nov paying my previous dues and getting a confirmation from the customer service rep that I won't get further bills but yet i get bills plus late payment and now i get a notice! Really @ViCustomerCare ?

    @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare My Vi postpaid connection on international roaming (Philippines) isn’t working since 2 weeks. Have written to customer care & spoke to Vi representative (Karan, from Vi store Kharadi, Pune) who informed me it’s a network issue. Issue not resolved yet!

    @ViCustomerCare my bill is showing 595 which is not correct because INR 6 with GST has been added in my bill as VAS and in break upas calls. I have unlimited call. I complaint befor also and executive said she will remove it but still showing it here. Plz remove so tht i can pay

    @rekhabaala @ViCustomerCare Prepaid is always better than postpaid because you pay in advance and there is never a debt or "hidden charges" trap. If possible, switch back to prepaid or port to a different provider. If you setup auto-pay in prepaid, you get the same behavior as postpaid.
