Hi @ViCustomerCare,Today I got an SMS "Hello! Thank you for choosing for access mydala powered deal, You have been charged with Rs 48". I've never opted for any such deal & clicked any link. I DMed u my number.Plz refund my money ASAP. Otherwise, I will have to quit Vi.

Haven't received any help. Can't even use Vi app properly baki sab toh bhool hi jao Rather than spending millions in promotions, invest in building quality products and infrastructure Going to Switch Didn't even receiving my money's worth. @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp

@realmecareIN @Arun_2895 My realme xt having continuous problem of fluctuation in internet that especially with @ViCustomerCare , they say problem is w/ ur phone but my mobile is absolutely fine. Watching Lectures or playing games both are difficult to do now And when will realme xt get new UI update..?
