@ViCustomerCare hello Vi I recharged on 21 July and since then my internet is not working. In 199 they say that they will solve it by 25 July. What I am supposed to do for four days. I am a student and highly dependent on internet. Can I expect a reply?

@ViCustomerCare The process of changing support agent has begun. I will have to go through series of different support agents who are going to tell me they have sent it to the "concerned team". And will resolve soon. I was told this will be resolved before the week ends

@ViCustomerCare Hi ! I was offered to have 2 GB/day data by VI app, but when I did the recharge by VI app, I got only 1.5 GB/day and I got validity of only 83 days. When I asked to customer care, they told me I got what I was offered but I can't see it neither in VI nor in dial.
