@ViCustomerCare DEL-V00917175661 this is my complain number regarding issue faced by me while using volte services. When contacted customer care they told me that volte service is not available in my area. Is it true?2nd biggest city of bihar not have this service. I am puzzled

@ViCustomerCare pathetic customer service , your vi store, Agra executives are not supporting to customers and no one is taking action against them, you will be finished in telecom industry if you treat customers like this..

@ViCustomerCare i was given lot of assurances by VI customer care and was told to port to VI from Airtel..it has been nearly 5 days and sim has not yet started. If this is the treatment to new customer especially who is porting, i wonder what wud happen later.
