@PuskAnkit @TelecomTalk #vi don't have any clear plan. Jio and Airtel customers know very well that they will be getting 5g service shortly, but #vi customers don't know when they will get Vowifi. @ViCustomerCare they don't even have good 4g indoor coverage. There is no commitment when it will improve.

@ViCustomerCare Some complaint numbers are given by the support teams...BHR-V00746139660,BHR-V00807811350,BHR-V00815623964,BHR-V00830499342,BHR-V00869571542. Even after a long time my problem is not resolved and I am facing zero network coverage in my area.

@ViCustomerCare I have feature phone, and @ViCustomerCare asking me to change sim to 4G. When there in no network in my area then how changing sim will resolved the issue.
