@ViCustomerCare Yeah Thanks, little disappointing that there is no plan to extend incoming validity, but it would be helpful if you can raise it as customer feedback and add some plans in future for incoming validity too

6/ @ViCustomerCare in the past month I have spoken to 10 different customer support executives and their default answer is that they re escalating ans will get back. It's been 2 months since my initial store walk in and 20 says since the 2nd store walk in.

@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Started break in voice during the running call in addition to above problems post your personal visit. Do you have any cut off date to close all the above concerns.
