    @ViCustomerCare just received an sms "Hello! Thank you for choosing to access mydala powered deal, You have been charged Rs. 47 Your balance is Rs. 28.13". This is an unauthorized activation. It is happening for a second time. 199/198 numbers are not working either.

    @MVikasRajputt @ViCustomerCare I was requested them to surrender my number before 4 month but they don't do. N now they send 3 month bill.n call center service representative beheve like a taori recovery agent

    @ViCustomerCare hey.... Aisha i really appreciate but you guys have to understand we postpaid user want something better no. everyone using prepaid jio airtel even vodafone at low cost. still if someone opting for postpaid then he/she deserve better Service.

    Poor customer support from Vi .Needed duplicate sim , registered in my father's name , and he cant be physically present at center due to valid reasons. Despite requesting for virtual presence/video call , in such pandemic times , they wont help @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You are waste customer care spoken to 5-8 customer care reps. The biggest useless company in the world is @VodafoneGroup india. I just need refund but ur company is failed.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare I am a subscriber of Vodaidea from 2005. Nowadays am facing lots of difficulties while doing calls and surfing. I observed frequent drop of calls & net. More more complaint have been logged but all are in vain.
