  @ViCustomerCare Really need to train your dumb customer care. everybody just says we are sorry and opens a complaint. Then close it after some days without confirming if problem is solved. When we ask again, the cycle goes on. How idiotic way of work. No escalation matrix. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare they are forcing me to keep paying for services I don't need and delaying my Sim change. Yesterday Mr. Arun called me to understand the problem and took another 30 mints and said he will get back. He did not so I called him today and now he is being rude too.

  @ViCustomerCare I have raised for closure of Vodafone account on 18th November, still it is not closed. And new bill is generated now,will not be paying a single amount. Worst customer service.

  @ViCustomerCare How many days it will take a SIM to be delivered to a Bangalore city centre location? I have ordered a SIM on 18th and till now have not received any SIM. When you can't provide a service why do you have that such service in place?
