@ViCustomerCare my father has recently got a recharge of approx 90 rupees so that he doesn’t have to recharge next month. But you #vodafoneidea doing frauds and deducting unnecessary amounts and causing mental harassment. I am going to consumer council to resolve this Issue.

@daksh_rajput11 @ViCustomerCare definately when you compare the offer against jio offer,Vi rules here but how ever network is issue.I had even called CC network is bad in my area but they said network ia absolutely fine,but i requestes them if the network is good then kindly send technical team

@ViCustomerCare Major issues in network connectivity. Voices gets cracked during calls and at times there is no audibality at all. Also internet connectivity is much poor. Further, the situation is worsening with every passing day. Please help!

@ViCustomerCare I am a postpaid user of vi network I want to get converted to prepaid but the vi store in Hyderabad and the customer care is not helping me out. Not able to pay huge bills in pandemic I contacted the customer care more than 10 times but they did not help me out.
