  @ViCustomerCare The worst network ever seen in my life, So much of fluctuations in the network it keeps on changing from 4g- 2g while traveling, Which in result drains a lot of battery of the phone. So many call drops per day, and your network don't even provide miss call aletrs free like jio

  @ViCustomerCare I have requested to Port my sim on 9th July From Airtel to VI Yesterday night my Airtel sim started showing no network so, I inserted new VI sim, but I am unable to call anyone or cannot do anything. It showing everywhere that this service is not available. Help!

  @ViCustomerCare Hi idea I am your customer last 4-5 years. Before merging, I was getting good data speed.But unfortunately, since Idea and Vodafone have merged, both data speed and calling quality have dropped.
