    @vicustomercare horrendous service. cannot even get to your customer care agents to lodge a complaint. the ai agent just keeps repeating the same thing. no internet or cellular service since 12 hours now!!!

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @ViCustomerCare, your 4G network offers excellent speed, but airtel's4G/5G network is very slow. Please fix your 5G network or switch users to a stable 4G experience. Why are you charging for 5G while providing such poor service, @airtelindia? I'm planning to port my number to Vi

    @ViCustomerCare since morning I am facing data issues it's showing 5g but youtube or google not working and also other apps... previous it did not show any network only cross sign in network bars do something
