@ViCustomerCare Tweet 1 Fraud alert should be about Vi customer care. I have very unstable connection, call drops, inability to connect and whatnot. I reported and I was told "a team" will visit on Monday. NOTHING HAPPENED.

@ViCustomerCare Are you gone made, just to send 1 sms i have to reacharge with 128 ,i have main balance just cut your sms change from there why i have to recharge again just for 1 sms.. worst sim ever it sucks always.. Never recommend Vi to anyone.. @ViBusinessIndia

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea is providing the worst network services to the customer and the world's worst customer service as well, even after complaining 4 time nothing has been done,they closed all the tickets without a single resolution or call,pathetic

Dear @TRAI I've ported from @ViCustomerCare to @Airtel_Presence #DigitalIndia . I cleared my last due to idea, idea says they updated to Airtel, now Airtel says they don't received any confirmation. My outgoing to stopped in this "tug of war" Any help!

If network is proper then internet speed will not be stable continuously...the speed drops every now and then m becomes as low as 2G..@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Do not fall for this. Their service is horrendus and customer care utterly useless. I am thinking of porting cutting an association that started in 1999 with BPL.
