Hi @ViCustomerCare the VI app is off late very very slow. Logging in takes 3-4 attempts. Once in, I am unable to do bill payment as it's very slow & gets timed out.

@ViCustomerCare vi Network range at location Pincode 125076, Deep Marriage Palace, Rania, Haryana has become very poor from a few days. Very Unstable,Frequently changing from 4G to 3G and even to 2G. Fix this pls. Spoken to customer care earlier but no fix. vi number - 9468481113
