    @ViCustomerCare Hi VI, what's the issue the OTP and messages, I am not receiving anything from last two days. Its affecting a lot, especially OTPs are not coming in at all.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN is there any special holiday declared for the employees. 15 hrs with service disconnection for me. 8 reminders on mails since yesterday + several follow-ups since 8th Feb-21. But no one is responding.

    @ViCustomerCare I am porting my number to other operator but what about the prepaid balance. Will you refund it to me ? As due to network issue it cannot be used. Please suggest me how I will get my prepaid refund.

    @ViCustomerCare Useless information to take out sim and insert again. I have two Vodafone connections and on both, internet is not working.
