  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  @ViCustomerCare Hey i am a user of Vi network using using from last 1-2 years, but i get know that there is no tower in my area which is Sector 36 and Sector 37, i visited the Vi store, 2-3km away the speed was around 200 mbps but in my home it is just 10-15 mbps, worst of all.!

  @ViCustomerCare I sent you the numbers from which I received calls. However, I will not share my number yo avoid being called. I just want the calls to stop. With such a bad network, I don’t understand how shameless you guys can be to call me to switch to VI.

  I had done the wrong number recharge & within one hour i raised the issue with @ViCustomerCare and they had asked me abt all the details and getting all the details after a week apx they called n said sry we can’t do anything Then y were u collecting details from me
