  @ViCustomerCare After having a verbal argument your employee he took his word back then made some excuse of getting approval from head office and gave the same number again. Instead of your employees forcing us to buy new postpaid connection or premium number they should focus on the issue.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Just got a call from VadaPaav Idea team. They told that my complaint has been closed because thr team planned something for the sit with no deadline of execution. So they have closed the complaint as per thr comfort and not as per client satisfaction. I haven't got any resolution

  @ViCustomerCare your app doesn't allow payment through UPI if a UPI app is not installed on that particular handset. It's not possible to install UPI app on each & every device, still this stupid limitation. Other apps have an option to scan a QR code, why can't you provide one?

  @ViCustomerCare @grok I have contacted the customer care, but no one is giving me a proper response, and the store staff are also refusing to take responsibility. This number is very important for my business and is actively used for marketing purposes.
