    @ViCustomerCare Hi VI, My issue related to 'otp not receiving' costed me 6 days of LWP as I'm WFH with which I've only one resouce to connect to server and yet I'm paying for an unlimited plan with VI, that's arround 3000/m with no service. I want my issue & LWP sorted from VI.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about network problems for over a year and a half, but they are so CARELESS, BOTHERLESS, IGNORANT and NEGLIGENT, and at the moment, vodafoneidea is a WORST, CHEATING, LYING, GREEDY, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS network provider

    @ViCustomerCare So worst service, and no network speed inside the home, I have complaint so many time but no issue resolve customer care saying that Network is good in your area, try to change Sim slot, reboot mobile, etc solution given which very worst, so much dispointed

    @ViCustomerCare R u looting public? Sim replaced charges 50/ for that u have to do minimum recharge 100 then U will get 81 rs.. then u will deduct 50/ …SEEDA SEEDA BOLO 100 rs for sim replacement. Same applicable for taking missed call alert service. No online recharge option
