    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for your response! am a Vi Postpaid user from Tamil Nadu Circle, and on trying to activate eSIM for my number I have received "We are working on introducing eSIM Service in your city." what should I do now ? #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia still unable to place outgoing calls. This is now very pathetic service. Not sure what your team is doing. They closed complain without taking any action. Horrible.
