@vhaskar @ViCustomerCare But I am not calling anyone , at home I use my wifi for browsing. And browsing is so slow.....taking lot time to open. Even signals are 1 dot. And checking on their app it shows 2G service.

dont know about other companies but as far as i know,@ViCustomerCare seems to provide the slowest internet service known to mankind.i mean i rarely get good speed.leave remote areas,my spotify doesnt load even in the heart of the city.

@ViCustomerCare My mother's sim card was not working. At the age of 87 she had to visit Vi shop. A pathetic service by Vi and no consideration for its customers. Very disappointed and frustrated with Vi.

Telecom company is not providing proper data speed when recharge is getting expensive day by day @trai remains silent spectator instead of taking any action very slow net speed is coming @airtelcare and @vicustomercare, are expected from TRAI on this take action.
