@ViCustomerCare 2day I was trying 2 send a msg bt failed, thn came 2 knw my sms service is blocked & I've to recharge ₹139, I asked customer care to deduct frm my main balance for a single sms than he denied & informed me that @TRAI has given such guidelines. Stop playing fool

Stop requesting @Airtel_Presence and @reliancejio users to switch to vi when you can't keep your current customers happy. Most pathetic service from you guys. I have been using both vi & jio sim but I never faced such **** treatment from jio. @ViCustomerCare Check dm!
