    @ViCustomerCare please suspend my vi number i have no interest on your service .Really it's my big mistake by making vi number my primary number.I am a middle class person so i can't afford a huge amount like 500 rupes just for a sim activation. Really it's hurting more .🙏

    @ViCustomerCare You are fraud company charging wrongly on postpaid number changing plan you net speed is very poor don't act like a 420 as a customer I say your service is very bad

    Switch from @reliancejio to @Idea, @airtelindia, @VodafoneIN or @BSNLCorporate take smart decision now. @reliancejio bad service, bad network speed, bad support even at Odisha when other networks are standing @reliancejio still made people disappointed.

    @ViCustomerCare Finally the order got cancelled as my opted no. was not available in the system, delivery person mentioned that the number which i ordered was taken by someone else. Is this service you guys are providing?? I ordered and paid, still the no. taken by someone else!!

    Hi @VodafoneIN ported my number to @airtelindia. I had your family plan and 3 numbers. The other 2 number will port after 5 days. Can’t accept your worst customer service 🙄

    Am got damn fedup with the @ViCustomerCare and @VodafoneGroup @AdityaBirlaGrp Vi service shittt man, If you cant provide such 4G service then why do you consider urself amoung those fastest network.. Answer it Am facing such a trouble in my locality even you all cant imagine

    @VodafoneIN It has been addressed but not resolved. As per our discussion it was said that Vodafone cannot help in Mobile Shield claim. Mobile Shield is a different team.. Make some sense @VodafoneIN Dont keep dumb associate atleast !

    @VodafoneIN poor service continues from your side. I just received "we are working on the issue and will be resolved soon" from your side but trust me nothing happened from your side to improve network strength and the 4G speed is not achieved . What's the reason for poor service

    @ViCustomerCare this is really disgusting. You people domt have a single sms plan for combo plans? Y should a customer buy huge plans for sms. Now i am not able to add my bank for upi. Will port my sim to jio or bsnl better

    @VodafoneIN Very disappointed with the network for the past 2 weeks. Lodged a complaint @ store already for #2G internet when we're paying for #4G No resposes to the complaint yet. Would request for Vodafone Orissa Circle to kindly look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN This is a total system failure. I paid for a SIM over 7 days ago and now I’m told there is "no rider" to deliver it? Why take the payment if you can't provide the service? I want my SIM delivered immediately. This is no way to treat Indian consumer

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported to Vi from jio , and the seller promised 365rs FRC but after activation calling someone says your sim is not activated and recharge to activate , incoming call work but incoming SMS and outgoing SMS doesn't work..

    Is this what you call 5G service, @ViCustomerCare? Paying for 5G but experiencing low-quality 2G/3G speeds. Your connectivity is getting worse every day. This is a complete waste of my money😪
