@mendeepak @VodafoneIN @Idea @airtelindia @reliancejio @reliancejio is a chutiya network. Their customer care and network both sucks. I have been complaining since a year. Even their paid servants tell lie, came to my home dhring my office time told there he is getting 10mbps speed but i do get highest speed network of 20 kbps.

U can check my tweets where I hav been asking dem how they charge their postpaid customers fr the days where they don’t provide any service. Bt they just use their AI technology to give some reply. It's just the #cooperate @telecoms provider have taken the crowd for #granted it hardly matters for service as long as public is happy with @YouTube @PUBG that's the way the telecoms outlets check speed.

@ram4817 @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence Atleast I can talk to someone. Using Vodafone since 3 months and there is a continuous call drop in every after 30 seconds. I dnt think it will take 3 months to resolve one issue. Atleast using airtel I can talk to someone more that 1 min. Pathetic service Vodafone.

@VodafoneIN Ha ha ha is that a joke @4g supernet I am not able to browse google and talking bout @4g and I seriously believe @TRAI is also with telecoms providers to put normal users In trouble. Seriously cannot relay on any of the service provider in India. As all they take as granted.

Pathetic service @ViCustomerCare Had to send 1 SMS to bank. I didn't had talktime, I recharged with 50 Rs talktime. SMS didn't go as I didn't had service validity. Then recharged with 118 for service validity. Even now SMS doesn't go. They say I need recharge with 128 again

@ViCustomerCare The agent Karishma did a great job understanding the issue but alas was tied down due organisational policies & very limited access to really solve the problem. No issues with the agent but Vi continues to disappoint due to its limited scripted responses & approach to an issue.
