The network team didn't even visit the locations I complained about and determined them selves that the issue is not there. But in fact the service is still bad.

I want to discontinue the service and since I am reporting within 24 hours, I want my refund back. You guys just need an excuse to loot the customers....😡😡😡

Even the Internet at my home always shows E(2G) and never 4G speed is achieved. My father pays heavy bills for 4G and do not get the same @DoT_India please take appropriate steps & help me.
