    @VodafoneIN I am definitely changing my operator after my data plan expires due to poor network for voice and worst speed in 4G. Always the network fluctuations take place(Never stable). @VodafoneGroup @TRAI Please look into this as I wasted lot of money for buying heavy plans.

    @SSK00735 @airtelindia I am also looking to port to #jio and expecting response from @JioCare, but staffs at jio store Gopabandhu square Bhubaneswar are too arrogant to handle.. Bad experience at store. May be we can try @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN I was promised that my claim will get resolved within 15 days but still my claim is not resolved. This kind of service is not at all expected from vodafone. I am using vodafone for past 8 yrs and still no resolution on my claim Phone : 9916877802 Claim no: 1991095356

    @VodafoneIN It has been addressed but not resolved. As per our discussion it was said that Vodafone cannot help in Mobile Shield claim. Mobile Shield is a different team.. Make some sense @VodafoneIN Dont keep dumb associate atleast !

    @VodafoneIN poor service continues from your side. I just received "we are working on the issue and will be resolved soon" from your side but trust me nothing happened from your side to improve network strength and the 4G speed is not achieved . What's the reason for poor service

    @ram4817 @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence Atleast I can talk to someone. Using Vodafone since 3 months and there is a continuous call drop in every after 30 seconds. I dnt think it will take 3 months to resolve one issue. Atleast using airtel I can talk to someone more that 1 min. Pathetic service Vodafone.

    @VodafoneIN the network is degraded and I could not even connect a call in one go. Even the Internet at my home always shows E(2G) and never 4G speed is achieved. My father pays heavy bills for 4G and do not get the same @DoT_India please take appropriate steps & help me.

    @VodafoneIN It’s already being 3 months I am reporting the issue. But every month I am paying to get a dummy network. Seriously no use and no prompt resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Today received call from VI (022-50897580) regarding displaying wrong info on vi app and deduction from main bal this was 2nd time I face such problem. Representative was not giving satisfactory reply. Hence I asked for portability procedure, she disconnected line
