    @VodafoneIN Hi, I gave a complain about network in my area. It was closed without even asking my feedback. The network team didn't even visit the locations I complained about and determined them selves that the issue is not there. But in fact the service is still bad.

    @VodafoneIN network seems to vanish completely at times, when I turn on the 4G, it's rarely working o. 4g, if it does dismal speeds. On most occasions shows the connection as 3G or E. Internet doesn't work most of the time and is highly unreliable. Also are you offering Volte in

U can check my tweets where I hav been asking dem how they charge their postpaid customers fr the days where they don’t provide any service. Bt they just use their AI technology to give some reply. Otherwise they are da worst in the market nw

    @ViCustomerCare I am not at all interested in your useless information. Keep it with you. Just resolve the issue and provide better service. I am repeatedly complaining and waited patiently for 6 to 7 months. In return I get the same useless information and problem still continue.

    @VodafoneIN Ok.. at least service interruption should done after intimation to customer which was not done in my case. I'm hopeful that as soon as possible you will solve and uninterruptedly provide service.

    @ram4817 @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence Atleast I can talk to someone. Using Vodafone since 3 months and there is a continuous call drop in every after 30 seconds. I dnt think it will take 3 months to resolve one issue. Atleast using airtel I can talk to someone more that 1 min. Pathetic service Vodafone.

    @JioCare Please understand it's an issue of 2 major cities & may b couple of dists and must be lakh+ subscribers. If you have sense and sincere, check with your local team escalate the matter, learn from your competitors like #BSNL @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @Idea and solve the issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been a postpaid subscriber for 12 years. I have just been auto subscribed to the Movies and TV service, for which there is no opt out mechanism on your app. Since this is a clear case of fraud, I'm requesting @TRAI to intervene and stop this dark pattern.
