@VodafoneIN Hi, I gave a complain about network in my area. It was closed without even asking my feedback. The network team didn't even visit the locations I complained about and determined them selves that the issue is not there. But in fact the service is still bad.

I manage a corporate account with 20–30 Jio SIMs, and if this is the level of support even after public escalation, I see no reason to continue with Jio. At this point, switching all corporate connections to @ViCustomerCare seems like the only option. (3/4)
