    @ViCustomerCare why don't we get discount on monthly service charges, when 50% of the times there is NO NETWORK. My data is being disconnected form past 3 hours and when i contact customer care they say data will be recovered on or before 9th july thats too long Disappointed:(

    @ViCustomerCare why don't we get discount on mthly service chrages, when 50% of the times there is NO NETWORK. On other hand Vi charges ₹100 for even 1 day delayed payment. Please give discount on your poor services and coverage, rather than threats to bar if ₹100 not paid.

    @ViCustomerCare @pratik901 You just give assurances. I have posted messages on DM for resumption of services. Its ten days since I made the payment. Yet there are only promises and no action. Your's is the worst customer care I have ever experienced. I have decided to port. Go to hell Vi !!!
