    The worst experience with @ViCustomerCare I have already registered a complaint yesterday But still the issue is not solved Everytime i call the customer care, the executive says "its a technical error and will be solved within a hour" its already 24+hrs and yet not solved.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks I got the call but as usual you can't do anything so stop. I just received the call and finally the executive told me for sim upgrade customer have to visit the store and in store time there is no facilities of sim delivery for existing customers, for sim upgrade
