@VodafoneIN @Idea I Vodafones RedX plan has many benefits and unlimited data. but internet doesn't works whole day. Complained many times but no one responded yet. Assigned relationship manager to me but no one contacted me yet. @VodafoneIN offering pathetic service at this time.

@DoT_India No replies or action from the concerned Telecom provider @ViCustomerCare just shows howmuch value is being provided to the quality of the customer service and are they gonna mention this open concern in their quaterly QOC reports on customer service.

Dear .@ViCustomerCare , when your competitors are rolling out 5G , we expect you to atleast have a strong and consistent 4G network in the existing areas... Can you kindly do that and avoid sudden drop from 4G to 2G , when we move less than 100 metres...

@ViCustomerCare I am having very bad Experience after using VI connection for over 10 years. In Aug2022, i took an addition postpaid connection, to visit Kashmir, though I had prepaid conn with VI. I was told min for 3months i need to keep. I paid for 3 month bill without (2)

@ViCustomerCare This is simply bullying, unethical and non-reasonable on part of VI as I never requested to activate the number again. I am completely disturbed as everyday getting huge calls/mails/SMS charging non-payment. Please resolve this ASAP and stop all these at once (7)
