@VodafoneIN @Idea I Vodafones RedX plan has many benefits and unlimited data. but internet doesn't works whole day. Complained many times but no one responded yet. Assigned relationship manager to me but no one contacted me yet. @VodafoneIN offering pathetic service at this time.

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @VodafoneGroup I'm not getting proper network in my locality. And main problem is "when the electricity goes off even network goes along with it" which is the main problem, this is happening since last year facing this and no action been taken.

@ViCustomerCare I opted out of Netflix well in advance.. Still my bill has the same amount incorporated. The customer care is not removing the same despite I had put the request well in advance. Can you remove my Netflix subscription & let me know the balance or else I'll complaint it to @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I get to the VI store, They said that we are unable to convert postpaid to prepaid because our backend Excutives are not working in pendamic. I mean literary is that true? I will never pay any bill sir because if when i want to go in postpaid then you have homedelivery (1/2)

@ViCustomerCare Deducting balance in the name of services clearly indicates that how desperately Vi tries to abstract funds from its users. If this happens again I'm gonna make sure to lodge a complaint at TRAI and also get my phone ported out of such an unprofessional provider.
