@VodafoneIN @Idea I Vodafones RedX plan has many benefits and unlimited data. but internet doesn't works whole day. Complained many times but no one responded yet. Assigned relationship manager to me but no one contacted me yet. @VodafoneIN offering pathetic service at this time.

@ViCustomerCare after respite of a few days your network has started playing up again. Today there's no Network coverage whatsoever at this time 09:25 am. Get it restored please. I have no intentions of spoon feeding the symbols at your call centre!!

@ViCustomerCare Mr. Akib. I have no further patience and please I REQUEST OF Vi NOT TO CALL OR SMS SAYING ROAMING IS RESOLVED UNLESS THEY GUARANTEE IT! ALSO, I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A WAIVER FOR A MONTH!!! I HAD A LOSS OF ABOVE 8 LAKHS JUST DUE TO YOUR NO SERVICE.

@ViCustomerCare hey, getting really patchy network for about a week or so. is this happening because of jio's ridiculous bidding for spectrum and criminal monopolizing of the market. (i know you can't say, but i thought i'd balance it out because everyone else seemed hostile)

@ViCustomerCare lately there has been frequent network drop and calls drop when sim changes the network type. Though I’ve been complaining about this for sometime now! The only reason I’m continuing is b’coz of ur excellent customer support. Do I need to switch?

@ViCustomerCare You guys only once ask for personal details in your like how much you care for your customer but when it's come to provide the resolution you guys don't f*ing care. This is the biggest scam that because of your f*ing speed I can't even use half of data from my daily quota.

@ViCustomerCare Your network network has a sudden signal blindspot (especially on data, but voice as well) in between #cubbonpark in Bangalore. It is a solid nuisance while taking calls on commute. Might be the final straw to port a 15 yr Vodafone number to @airtelindia Pls act.
