@ViCustomerCare I hav shifted frm airtel to VI for better service. Reality is different… VI hav compability prblm wid iphone…not able to make n recieve calls. same place same tym any android phone wid VI sim can make calls n recieve. Most hopeless service n customercare team. Fixed ans. only.

@ViCustomerCare @Speedtest full day network issue 1. Not able to talk on 90% incoming calls 2. Net disconnected on each and every SMS 3. Net speed totally down on phone calls 4. VOLTE deactivated on calls. aap network thik kar rhe ho ki bigad rahe ho. finally, this is last month with you.

So, just now received a call from @ViCustomerCare telling that this issue of delivery of 4g sims of my three numbers is gone to a very high level and are waiting for a revert from them. I just asked Is your high level supposed to be working faster or slower than you?
