    @ViCustomerCare Vi technician came. During speed test, he can produce only a speed of 5.8 Mbps in his company service mobile and mine was very low. Need a convenient action. @rsprasad @DoT_India

    Vi provides poor coverage. Whenever we raise the complaint, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolving the issue. This happened more than 10 times. @ViCustomerCare should look at this problem.
