    @ViCustomerCare bought new prepaid connection today, done with tele verification. It was said that, service will start within 15 mins. Still service not started.

    Wife can't send messages from her @ViCustomerCare number from last many days. Can't reach to customer care of them. No call back despite social media complaints. And they want us to stick with them to avail this pathetic service. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Very worst network, Initially, they charged for caller tunes. But I didn't subscribe it, I called customer care , they refunded the amount. But within 2 to 3 days they again charged for health videos(That too without subscribe), But this time didn't get refund.

    This problem is faced by all my colleagues. Feels like everyday problem. Now we are resorting to WhatsApp calls to call Airtel Network of MH Circle. This issue should be resolved by both parties immediately for the sake of better consumer service. @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN
