    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @consumerforum_ I strongly appeal to consumer court to take a strict action against VODAFONE India. It is looting on the name of 5G. 1another worst poorest cheapest telecom service provider. It is not able to provide 4G services properly and cheating us.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi Team, I am writing to inform you that I have been unable to make any calls from my number since 7th October. I have tried multiple times to contact Vi Care through customer support and other channels, but the issue still remains unresolved.

    I ordered a new @ViCustomerCare SIM on 22nd Oct, and today is 27th Oct — still not delivered! Already called customer care twice and even raised a complaint, but no action yet. Very disappointing service. 😞 #Vi #CustomerService

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Your customer care is chaos. Every agent says something different, speaks a different language, gives conflicting advice, and shows zero empathy. Such a mess - how can a company survive like this? Agents clearly need serious training. Highly advise against VI

    @ViCustomerCare It's been a horrible experience. I repeat, my Easy Plus did not work at all, so I got corporate to activate another IR. So simply refund my easy plus payment. Again, if you want charity, ask don't not steal. Thank you

    @ViCustomerCare I already went to vi store they refused to provide fresh number. Now tell me what shall i do about this. The service center people were absolutely rude and unhelpful.

    @ViCustomerCare network coverage while I am inside my house. Enabled wifi calling. But when I am outside and signal is fine then I am not able to call any tollfree number . All my complaints get closed without a resolution . Advise me if I just leave this service and port ?
