    @ViCustomerCare See I’ll port out my sim to Jio just 38days left in 90days of cool down period, so I request don’t deactivate my SIM card without my consent, i can’t be a customer of such pathetic company but bcz 90 days of cool down period is there else I might not stay 1 sec on vi network

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @ViCustomerCare It has now been more than 2 months, yet nothing has changed. When I asked why the new site has still not been installed, I was simply told that another visit would be arranged, and the call was disconnected. Now I have again received a message saying my complaint has been closed

    @ViCustomerCare The network is still poor, internet barely works, and calls frequently disconnect. To make matters worse, my complaint was closed without resolving the issue. How can a complaint be marked as resolved when the issue still exists and your own engineer acknowledged it?
