    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI An engineer came from your side but he too was not able to resolve the issue. Only false assurances are given. Why you people are not refunding my money? I don't want to use VI anymore. 3 days have gone waste.

    @ViCustomerCare unable to change plan, send email. Standard response. Tired of visiting VI shop in pandemic. All documents provided in 2015 have automatically got reversed putting me back to a corporate plan under a company that closed down 5years back.

    @ViCustomerCare Still having a same issue in shivalik store of network person visited but vi site feedback not share what isa issue why delay in complain. Pl take this is a serious matter bcz here we have a 5000 connection ready to move
