    @ViCustomerCare Manager or even a person who could speak and understand English. I told him that I am recording this call and would post this online but he was least bothered and then again transferred me the IVR. If this is the kind of service you have stooped down to then no wonder you're in

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , This is misleading. I was getting Unlimited 5G on the same device and at the same location earlier. After recharging with โ‚น719, the promised Unlimited 5G is not working.

    @ViCustomerCare Unacceptable. Your retention team promised a โ‚น100 monthly discount on the โ‚น451 postpaid plan. After changing my plan, customer care says no such offer exists. This is misleading. I've lost all trust in Vi and will port out this morning.
