@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

@336Sb @himanshu59sabh1 @ViCustomerCare When ever we ask#vi customer care they they don’t know and they don’t have any timeline. My question is, if I don’t pay or recharge will this #vi provide service to customers at free of cost?? Worst, they never reply. Only false commitments. Fraud network.

@336Sb @himanshu59sabh1 @ViCustomerCare One of the worst network. After lock down I will port. Still there is no news on Volte,vowifi, esim, & indoor coverage . Very recently I observed they don’t have conference call. Caller tune and missed call alert is not free.

@ViCustomerCare you are centainly not the fastest 4G. Forget 4G you are not offering proper 2G services to subscribers. Quality of your internet services is declining day by day. Keep a check otherwise you will loose your customers. Will port my number to other network.

@ViCustomerCare When I call on 18604195555 (Axis Bank Customer Care) I have to pay 2.50paisa per second. While on Jio I don't have to pay a single paisa. Would you enlighten me why are you charging heavily ??
