I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

I even sent someone to a Vi Store, where I was told that the issue was happening because my prepaid balance was low. Based on their advice, I did an additional ₹200 recharge, and I already had around ₹170 balance.

Mukesh Pandey (@pandeymukesh149) reported@ViCustomerCare My number was recently ported from Jio to Vi. I use an OPPO A78 5G. VoLTE is enabled and APN and network settings are correct. I get 4G+ normally, but as soon as a voice call connects, the 4G+ icon disappears and mobile data stops. I also don't see VoLTE/HD.
