    @ViCustomerCare Ur customer care fooled me for recharging my number when I still had incoming validity till 19/12/2022 I recovered my lost Sim, but wasn't receiving any OTP, u told me there's no active recharge, i did it still not working only to find out sms are blocked for 24hr

    @ViCustomerCare I had already exited the Vodafone family plan on 01st November 2022 and changed my postpaid plan to a minimum one. Today I received the bill of the family plan. Kindly resolve the issue.
