    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

    @VodafoneIN Very bad Vodafone, even after my tweet here nobody has contacted me since 2 days, my security deposit amount pending with Vodafone since 6 months, I have given my contact number many times already.

    My Opinion - If Coverage is good in Vi they are excellent in customer service & internet speed. I used to consume 300+ GB in @ViCustomerCare which dropped to approx 90 GB in @Airtel_Presence The worst part - No ownership on Complaints & Customer Service

    @ViCustomerCare I'm paying INR 1300 per month for your services but except for a couple of locations there's always network related issues. No wonder you're losing subscription to other telecom providers. Count me out too.

    @ViCustomerCare You network is in my village is poor but before 3/4 years your network is available on airtel tower but due to temporary shutdown of Airtel you remove your equipment from that airtel tower but now Airtel tower is restored 1 year ago please you also put network equipment on it

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I have never seen pathetic company like vodafone,since I was requested you to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid but you guys sending bill over bill and I am not using vodafone services anymore since because you deactivated my account.

    @ViCustomerCare Shared the details, not too hopeful about the quality of response or resolution. The Vodafone stores need to be closed as they are practically useless. The only thing they apparently deliver in store are new/replacement sim cards, nothing else!
