@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

Dear Vi, Why we need to pay ₹150 to the retailers for upgrading our old Vodafone and Idea SIM to new Vi 4G SIM? I got a confirmation that there is no charges for upgrading and switching pre paid to post paid and wise versa from your customer care team. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare It's going to be 2 years that I am waiting for international roaming deposit. Question is not about d amount but the hypocrisy that Vodafone Idea is showing. I am left with only option of filing a complaint now. Your network sucks but I am staying for that money. @ITS_MoC

Why don't you remove all recharge plans and give us single plan like a landline. In previous days we keep landline and we pay same amount for that on monthly basis. No changes and no problem with that. @ViCustomerCare
