@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia From 217GB to 94GB when plan changed from 399 to 499 (without asking me) Then from 94GB to 60GB after I reverted back to 399. That’s how you rob a customer of 150+GB of data in matter of mins! Fraud has a new definition, and that’s VI !

@ViCustomerCare @Bharat_raj96 But very few societies. There is not a single tower in 2km radius and as a result each and everyone of the cell service provider have give bad coverage and speed. I've made my peace with jio's 100-200kbps speed which only gets better at night when I sleep. No 1 is ready to accept

I want to deactivate VoLTE from simcard bcz I am getting ping issue I called So many times but They tell me to deactivate it from my phone , I already tried that If it needs calling for VoLTE activation why calling again won't deactivate it @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

Very poor internet network from past 4 month , mob 9721455421 on complain network engineer disconnected the mobile without asking prob . Company asking bill payment , If prob not solved I will port at least 2 postpaid number ,and many in office @ViCustomerCare
