@ViCustomerCare Can you ask your finance unit to talk to me to resolve the extra payment made to Vi? Telecallers is not who can understand the issue. Vi seriously does not want to resolve the problem.

@ViCustomerCare I am facing network issues at my home address. Please see in this matter and solve the issue at the earliest. Each time I place a call, it always goes from 4g to 3g. VoLTE automatically disappear. This issue is existing both outdoors and indoors.
