@ViCustomerCare Since you guys shook hands, the service of Vodafone has become so pathetic that I'm feeling to shake hand with some other network provider. Basic functionality of calling & SMS is also not working properly. @UfterYou

@ViCustomerCare, @TRAI, @jagograhakjago VI has crossed limit of deceiving.If you fed up with their worst service & opt for port out. You'll get call to retain,they'll give you fake promise of charges waiver of few rupees.After 2 days,you'll get sms of rejecting waiver request.

@ViCustomerCare even after contacting customer care executives we are unable to use data services on our vi sim. except data everything is working fine. we have already changed the settings and APN but that didn't work. request you to connect asap
