@ViCustomerCare Hlo Vi, I want to inform you that at my Village your Vi network is not available.. because there is no tower of Vi at my Village.. Airtel and Jio tower is available but You Vi tower is not there... So please Look into this.. and add your network tower..

@ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, Today is the tentative date of closure of the ticket KAR-V00753645832. The issue still persists even now. So Pls do not close this ticket saying that my issue is resolved.
