    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?

    @ViCustomerCare Both my numbers are not working at all. I am unable to call even to your customer care. Also, they are not picking up the call. Kindly arrange a call back as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare I bought a new postpaid sim and your employee taken 500INR as security deposit from me and he told after SIM got activated it'll be reflected in your account. Seems that is not happened please help me on this.

    @ViCustomerCare And I emailed you people all the concerns and even took the pain to visit physical customer care twice in Connaught Place but you guys seem to behave like imperial company of Elizabethian age.
