@ViCustomerCare Hey VI, After numerous complaints still facing pathetic network service wrt Internet. I don’t understand why you people charge for 4G if you can’t provide the proper facility. @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir good to no about 5G but India is still suffering with 4G. 😓

Dear @ViCustomerCare, @ViBusinessIndia. How much money do you want? I spent ₹149 to re-activate all my incoming and outgoing services. Still the outgoing messaging service is not activated yet. All my UPI apps are on wait because you didn't active the services.

@ViCustomerCare @RajatGurgaon Waiting for a resolution . Absolutely amazed at the lack of any response. Now traveling back and ready to waste enormous time and effort on VI for the 7.5K charge for the supposed "International roaming plan"
