    @ViCustomerCare has started changing the plans by just informing to the customer through SMS,no emails ,no calls. They are also not seeking approval from customers. I was waiting vodafone to port out but looks like I have to port my number #VodafoneIdea

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI This tactics was used against me after porting.They maintain double & false accounts. They have become extortionists. With band of muscle to threaten. In my case after porting Ireceived refund.And no.of mails that no amout is due.sent mail to my my new service providerto block me

    @ViCustomerCare The issue with your team is, they don't take it seriously unless expressed on such type of forum. You have mentioned to send DM. I did but didn't get response. Not a gentle way of working.

    @ViCustomerCare i made several complaints regarding connection to network and your worst switching between 3g & 4g even on the same pin point position it suddenly switched to 3g… I am using idea since 2010 Don’t know what happen the best network becomes the worst day by day😔😔
