    @JAYJS10 @ViCustomerCare Keep collecting proofs that network issues are there. Lodge complain on National Consumer Helpline. And finally, porting out with any other company is advisable as @ViCustomerCare won't be able to resolve network issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI Team, you need to shutdown your services i am not receiving text messages from last week and you guys trying to fix it but not getting any solution so finally I decided to PORT my number and my advice is shutdown your services you can not handle it.

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday, executive said another thing and now said another. Two entirely different resolution. Very pathetic and unprofessional. Listen the recording of conversation which happened yesterday around 10am.

    @ViCustomerCare Part 2 My entire bank account linked to vi no.. to get one otp i hv to travel almost 2-3 km.. as i dnt hv any option.. in emergency i cnt even transfer my money.. And when i asked for port no you said you will going to resolve is asap.....

    To send costing Re 1 a @ViCustomerCare customer should recharge by minimum of Rs 128 although VI network is dead @ViCustomerCare . @DoT_India please be strong
