    @SatanAtWink I was also @ViCustomerCare postpaid user but after 90 days, i ported out in #Jio just because of poor network. A lot of call drops & just 500 kb/s to 700 kb/s 4g speed in Jodhpur Rajasthan. If this is the reality of city areas then imagine network awailitiby in rural areas

    @ViCustomerCare @Gaurav1Vodafone so poor management, opretor service too. Network problem always when your customer care executive talk with customer. Shame full to vi. I can't believe that I have using vi last 5 year. I am not a valuable customer of vi.

    @varmahemanshu @ViCustomerCare I had the same experience many times with Vi. I kept Main balance in my Vi a/c for emergency purposes. Every alternative day some random service activated and surprisingly the Main balance got deducted. This is some tactic to how to get customers' money if they do not recharge.
