    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vodafone, I have been a customer of your company for the last 8 years and I am very sorry to say that my sim has stopped working and when I came to get the sim changed to a mini store of yours located at sector 73, Noida, I was very unprofessionally denied.

    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare worst experience anyone can ever with ur service.1st u charge the customer with auto renewal then block there sim so that they can't send"STOP" to stop the service. Then u don't even respond back.Plz resolve this so that I cn port my Sim to other network

    @ViCustomerCare took the 149rs pack to activate international roaming. To basically get bank OTPs. Charged 998rs for miss calls. Miss calls by? Vodafone agents selling different postpaid plans. *Slow clap* maarenge bhi hum hi bachayenge bhi hum hi.
