    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia ,I am on VI 5G unlimited pack,I am also getting 5G signal on my device still my data is being used from my daily quota.This is how you provide unlimited 5G ? With this sort of service you are expecting at add subscriber ? Even existing one will go

    @ViCustomerCare When you had called for resolution you mentioned you can provide a link so that i can do the migration online without visiting a store and my same postpaid sim will get converted to pre paid sim. Why you are saying now that there is no such link?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia I have been VI customer for past 10 years, you don’t even worry about the customer and with very poor network connection wherever we go. More than that very poor exit process. (More Details in comments)

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, I have never seen more pathetic service than yours. Your connection goes out like every 15 minutes in a city like Noida where others are getting 5G without any problems. What a disappointment. It seems the time has come to move away from you.
