    @ViCustomerCare how can a 75 year old COVID patient come to your customer card office within 10 Jun 2021 and verify that she is the person who’s SIM CARD is?! On verification of add n new SIM card u guys go to any extent n come to home n verify things.

    @ViCustomerCare +91 95825 34111 Asking me for bill when I have already ported paid dues , harassing me by saying tera no band kar rahay hai , when I ask kindly explain me , call disconnects and they never pickup, they abuse like anything, is this how things work.

    @ViCustomerCare Poor service.first u apply services from ur side,then deduct balance,Create inconvenience for customers.When we call cstmr care,they ask customer to put their number in blacklist. Is this the way to deal with the customer Really shameful.Hoping ur reply
