    @ViCustomerCare Why are customers care team giving incorrect information? After being charged for service, another customer care informed it is incorrect info. Your service and networks has gone to the dogs in the last few years.

    @ViCustomerCare You Idiots. First of all, my pack is showing expired despite having 50 days left. Can't call on 199 or 198.Calling from another postpaid no. CCE says call on prepaid customer care. Calling on prepaid call gets disconnected after waiting. Shame on u. @DoT_India

    Seriously causing a concern.We are facing tremendous network issues and it is a complete choas to maintain communication. We have been using @ViCustomerCare @TRAI we need practical solution. Working from home on this network is really not recommended.#PimpriChinchwad #Pune
