I strictly suggest to avoid Vi @ViCustomerCare I am a VI corporate plan holder since decade and now my sim isn't working when i raised complaint against it, they said my email id isn't correct in their data, and the mistake was made by company person while filling form @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Yeah sure - you will send a private message and ask for phone numbers facing issues and then get vanished. Such simple jobs @ViCustomerCare has for its employees. Let the customer bear the pain and struggle to speak on phone and let them suffer losses coz of silly network issues.

@ViCustomerCare Yes I know Sonali mam someone will contact us, however I also know the outcome (already mentioned in my tweet). We even changed our sims in the month of September, the network got even worse. I hope someday I will tweet while using VI internet and not Wifi.

@VicustomerCare is worst (1) I ported my A, B, C Sim cards to Vi and purchased D and E sim cards of Vi just because a Vi agent visited and explained the benefits of Vi family plan saying I had to pay from my primary number once for all my other simcards so I purchased it.
