    worst network, Still, I have to face this situation. Last time I recharged nearly a thousand rupees for calls and data, but the network was very poor. I'm not satisfied with Vi. If this continues past my patience limit, I'll definitely change my network from Vi. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare due to very poor connectivity and poor response from vi I am going to other service provider available in the market. Why should I continue and pay for poor connectivity and not solving customer problems of poor signal

    @ViCustomerCare You guys by barring outgoing calls ? U will compel me to pay the outstanding amount charged to me fr the services I haven't used ! Since 24th Dec this issue Is trying to get resolved n still no conclusion But yes customer torture is yr forte! All u guys can do is block service

    @ViCustomerCare Wow if u don't want to lose a valued customer then u act upon resolving a customers issue not just keep replying on twitter! Alternate no is provided fr u to call n resolve the issue but you guys are oblivious to customer grievance or inconvenience #uselessvodafone
