    You have literally shared nothing. It's been 3 days and still no one has ever called me to deliver the sim. Very pathetic service from Vi @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Main tumlogo ke service se bahut hi pareshan ho chuka hoon. Mere number par na internet chal raha hai aur na hi calls (incoming ya outgoing) properly ho rahi hain. OTP tak receive nahi ho raha, jo ki basic service hai.

    @ViCustomerCare "We have checked and found that the charges were genuine. However, as a one-time gesture, we can offer you a waiver of Rs.500/- (including 18% GST).” I repeatedly get this response from @ViCustomerCare but no explanation to my query … is this customer service?
