    @ViCustomerCare Vi Please Fix Connection timeout and High ping with Packet loss in and out and please fix as soon as possible. Because when you on internet on mobile the data turn on and not opening any YouTube or chrome. Always change apn to ipv4 and restarting then it work

    @ViCustomerCare We have total 21 members using Vi Sim. Now we are moving to Aritel. Calls drops, very slow internet, 2 G network showing, calls not getting connected. For all issues still I am paying 710 Rs since last 6 months.

I called customer service several times they take complain and after 48 hours the message came your problem are resolved. But the problem still exist. If u didn't fix network timeout you will lose cus
