    Today i visited to @VodafoneIN gallery @ ChemburNaka for change my postpaid plan but the executive Anuja she denied to change the plan she don't have sence who to talk their customer. A month ago i converter my prepaid sim in postpaid on that time she tell me after a month...1/3

    Those were the Golden Days of @VodafoneIN and their level of customer service. I called the customer service today, but I lost network in the middle and the call failed. Irony!

    @ViCustomerCare FRAUD by VI- I initiated online recharge for Rs 399 and amount debited but recharge was failed. Multiple chat, call, email done for refund, it's almost 60 days but no solution provided yet. I feel harassed by VI & request people dont choose this pathetic network
