@JioCare @JioCare there is 0 jio data network in metro (between chakala and ghatkopar) and between #ghatkopar and #mulund in local train. Fed up. Many irritated passengers planning to move to @airtelindia as @VodafoneIN is as useless as @JioCare in trains. @TOIMumbai

@VodafoneIN No network in home since past 3 days. When we move out of the house, it works fine. The moment we enter home it goes off. Me and other family members using vodafone facing same issue. Area - Andheri east. Pathetic!!

@rahulroushan @ViCustomerCare I just changed a phone. Neither of my Vi sim cards could register on the network or get APN settings. I finally got one to work by changing network to 2G only, then copied its APN manually to the other card. Took three hours to do all this trial and error R&D.

@ViCustomerCare Ur customer care centre representatives r helpful..but my network has gone from 4G to E.They said its a problem possibly in area.. will take roughly 3 days to solve..how can one live w/out data for 3 days..complaint should be resolved in 1 hour...1 day is max.
