@VodafoneIN Purchased new no today from Vodafone Gallery, Powai, Mumbai. Assured of activation within 2 hrs. Even after 10 Hrs no activation. Helpline says, you need to visit gallery again for activation. Extremely poor service. I am travelling, can any vodafone guy help!

@ViCustomerCare Please stop advertising #prepaidtopostpaid conversion while international roaming without a SIM change. I am in the USA and the SIM won’t connect to either AT&T or T-Mobile networks after conversion. No way to contact support and email was ignored. FAQs are wrong.
