    @ViCustomerCare I raised 3 complaints and provided all required details. Now when I am checking progress on last complaints instead of providing all details, i don't know why again and again you are asking the same details which is already provided in the last complaint.

    Irony - when @ViCustomerCare calls up to check on a complaint & says 'your voice is breaking' & call drops. What do you do? The complaint can't be discussed due to poor network!

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues with porting message. Your agents are putting complaints and at their own convenience they are sending a message the issue has been resolved. There is absolutely no resolution. If this is not resolved I will approach the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare never recommending your service to someone. Your executive called that your billing amount is pending I cleared that immediately, but they never mentioned that I had a due amount too. Now all of a sudden they tell me adding the due I have pending amount.#NotFair

    @rajeevranjanMKH @ViCustomerCare You might have entered area near international boundary and your phone registered in international roaming. Charges are billed if you call, receive, send sms, use data on roaming network. You might have done that accidentally. Itna paise kamaate ho to de do gareeb company ko.
