    Also please note that at the same place @airtelindia is giving better network. I do not feel good by saying this since I have been using vodafone from so many years but this carelessness of not resolving network issues from @VodafoneIN is forcing us to port to some other network.

    @vodafoneservice @VodafoneIN Hello, need to switch from postpaid to prepaid. Not worthy of your disastrous service. 4G offering speed of 29kb/ps. Please provide guidelines. Number is 9833799791. Stop my postpaid service after this month (sept) bill cycle.

    @VodafoneIN please stop your TV ad campaign to promote VI, it's really annoying & the music is so irritating. This is the worst ad I've ever seen. @airtelindia @reliancejio please help them with a good PR team.

    @VodafoneIN The exact issue is that you guys are being a pain!As if the covid message is not enough,you add message of renewal at every call!How can one make an emergency call?This call of renewal too was on the last day of my paid subscription!You guys are like leeches!Irritating& traumatic

    @VodafoneIN What the hell is ‘Vi’? Where do you guys get silly ‘ideas’ from? The biggest mistake was to collaborate with ‘Idea’ post which quality of network has drastically fallen. Please go back to being ‘Vodafone India’.

    @idea_cares @VodafoneIN I am facing the issue of line getting disconnected the moment I pick up an incoming call. This is happening since more than 2 weeks now & I guess the problem is with the network itself. Kindly rectify the issue at the earliest.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Vi network is very bad. They cheated their customers. They do not resolve Network issue. Action must taken against these cheater. In 4G pack they can't provide even 2G service.

    @ViCustomerCare I have sent my complaint number, i have sent my screenshot of activation, i am not able to receive calls, I'm oy been using it on WiFi, i dont even receive an OTP sms sent by Vodafone to authenticate, have to check my email and now u want me to pay this bill??

    @ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.
