    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely horrified by a blackout which has disabled my life. No OTPs, Banking transactions failure. My sim is basically dead. Please fix this ASAP before I go for a legal proceeding for all the loss caused and mental agony.

    @ViCustomerCare I need help asap , this is frustrating for me as it has caused me serious issues which need to be resolved asap. FYI, I've tried everything from network settings, Reset, switching in-between Airplane mode & changing sim slot & cleaning dust as well.

    @ViCustomerCare very poor and pathetic service, chor company hai Customer ka pocket mai dhaketi daalti hai. I purchased a number rs 5900+300 and number got inactive with 3 days. Last 3 month mai customer care se followup le raha hu, but no one help me

    @ViCustomerCare @KumarMBirla We have taken a Toll Free Number 1800 12 12345 ( Not Working) , DLT Services ( Not Working), Five VIP Postpaid Numbers (Some Issues). Invoices not provided. Our startup not statred due to Vodafone India. No one listening in VI. Baki Sab Theek Hai

    @ViCustomerCare Why the hell your team is calling me and harassing me for buying a postpaid connection when I am already using one. Aren’t they well equipped with information to check what is the connection type customer is holding before calling ? #shameless @TRAI
