    @ViCustomerCare is cheating the customers of India in broad daylight, my dad recharges and then #Vi says recharge again for SMS services, what is wrong? Why does one have to recharge again and again if he has main balance and talk time balance. Not at all customer friendly plans

    @ViCustomerCare Its been more than 3 days and there is no network in my phone . I have complained, every time i am assured it will solve bt nothing is happening. There is 5-6 service request getting closed without solving problem

    @DoT_India Sir, I have raised a new complain today. 1. Serious network issues,which still permit at times. 2. Today & yesterday,call drops on same locations. 3. Observed twice that after successful connection, no audible voice frm other side.Same location. @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare Why I am getting a threatening calls from VI @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIN it has to stop with immediate effect. Stop making ur customer fool just to get sales.

    I am being using Vodafone sim card from past 10/12 years , today i got call from Vodafone agent regarding bill payment, very arrogant, harrasmental talks, poor language . I have the recording with me .So this kind of staff do you hire ? @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare
