    Dear @ViCustomerCare as per your Website/App VI sim deliver at door step. Today I had made an order online and book my number and done payment. When i received call from VI Agent he ask me 7 km he will not deliver sim at my address provided during order...Poor Service

    @ViCustomerCare My SIM is getting blocked on its own & showing "Not Registered on Network" "SIM1 not allowed". I have put on to Airplane mode & then again put off. works for sometime & again same situation. Is there anyone in VI who can understand the problem? @rmstakkar

    @ViCustomerCare seems you have planned to loose you remaining customers. My phone is getting idea signal since month and I am continuously connecting with support in app and toll-free no as well. No solution yet. Should migrate to any other operator ?? Not acceptable at all

    @ViCustomerCare The entire Idea -Vodafone Management is this fraud organization. Their staff from top to bottom is full of corruption. Now their job is to harass the public. Making money fraudulently. They don't care about customer problems anymore. They have to earn money.
