    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago Idiotic and useless support.I am not questioning if the charges are correct.I want to know why I am being charged for exactly 10 KB of data every single day.Explain how it is technically possible for my device to consume the exact same 10 KB daily.

    @ViCustomerCare What response do you want from me? Your agent Akash told me that someone from his team will contact me but three days have passed and no one has called! The email address given in help line doesn’t respond. Your care for customers is fake.

    @ViCustomerCare Finally I ported all by 7 number from Vodafone in that also got literally harassed by call asking what is the issue why I am porting they had n clue of any of complaints raised on social media and emails

    @ViCustomerCare How unprofessional, my complaint is closed without any proper resolution stating that it was just a temporary glitch, while still im facing the same problem, I have all the call recordings and proofs of the issue which is still persists. It's better to port of this pain.
