    @ViCustomerCare Vi lacks customer Service SIM card changed. Old one worn out. March 31st Got new SIM. Inserted NOW its about 8.40 PM April 1st 2021 SIM INSERTED NOT PROVISIONED Not Activated for usage To pay Bills I get at least 5 reminders even though never missed a payment

    @ViCustomerCare I have to say this. VI has the poorest network. Since I switched from airtel to vi I have been facing network issues from the first day. Now I regret the decision.

    @ViCustomerCare I am getting SMS's that your tried to get in touch. Do you know understand the issue, your network is crap. There is no incoming and outgoing at all. You are hardly doing anything to help here
