    @VodafoneIN I was getting very good speed till 8 PM and suddenly my speed is killed after 8 pm ... I am stuck in Rajasthan village named Lunava ... my WFH is completely dependent on Vodafone ... I am a 999/- REDX plan member plz look into this urgently ... I am on 24*7 support

    firstly #vodafoneIN is the 3rd class service provider of India and there staff is the world 3rd class staff to provide service to their clients.. and ther dealer they are the super worst.. #3rdclassvodafone.. shut down ur company

    @VodafoneIN I port my number frm bsnl to vodafone and it had been ported nd after this your dealer said that sim registration failed and u hav to go voda store which is 40km far from here & ther is restriction & #vodafoneIN not giving rply, @telecomministry help to solve issue..

    Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

    @ViCustomerCare from past few days there is no signal on my sim card. your offline store people also unable to resolve my issue. Please reactivate my SIM card. As this is my primary sim. Couldn't afford to loose this ph no.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you Karishma for your help. The issue is now resolved. I wish the solution were implemented earlier. Request you to arrange for necessary education for the customer service team so that they provide proper resolution to our issues and help save time and effort for everyone.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare , For the last few days your service is extra horrible in my area from 3 pm to 8 pm your internet service is so horrible that a normal YouTube videos become difficult to play but I am recharging your sim at the right time ,

    @ViCustomerCare friends, Beware from Vi.. Fake replies and customer experiences ..Their IT Team is doing to attract the New Customers . To Retain yourself in VI, they will Trap you by offering new Plans but deactivate your additional data and Previous Benefits..
