@VodafoneIN I port my number frm bsnl to vodafone and it had been ported nd after this your dealer said that sim registration failed and u hav to go voda store which is 40km far from here & ther is restriction & #vodafoneIN not giving rply, @telecomministry help to solve issue..

Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

@ViCustomerCare My mother has an old 3G SIM and wishes to upgrade to a 4G SIM. She can't visit the VI gallery due to old age health problems. Please let me know how she can get a 4G SIM in place of her 3G SIM without visiting the VI gallery. Thanks.

@ViCustomerCare Enough of it. See the private message you find a big epic there, and see if you really can help me come out of this hell. Atleast once try to *understand* the customer and his issue before starting out with the templated scripts.
