    @VodafoneIN I was getting very good speed till 8 PM and suddenly my speed is killed after 8 pm ... I am stuck in Rajasthan village named Lunava ... my WFH is completely dependent on Vodafone ... I am a 999/- REDX plan member plz look into this urgently ... I am on 24*7 support

    Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

    facing the worst service of #vodafoneIN... I just port my sim from bsnl tui Vodafone and sim ported but registration failed.. #vodafoneIN you believe our trust with your #vodafoneINworstservice hated your bullshit services #vodafoneIN..

    Greetings! @ViCustomerCare is a scam. In continuing issue of my number not migrated from postpaid to prepaid, few more lies which they tell - While on call, why i want discontinue my no. they said i have to wait for 120 days after buying the sim. Earlier it was 30, also 90 ....

    @ViCustomerCare And u knw why I am wasting so much of my time with you guys Bcuz honestly speaking I dun feel like leaving vodafone which has been the only service provider I choosen in the last 17 years since I first got a sim and 10 yrs with this no itself. It's Bcuz of the attachment.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst service ever by any company. Your voice calls are not good. Always cracking voice whenever I call someone, always cracking. Internet is also bad. Net not working even If I have 3gb of net per day. The worst worst worst sim card ever. No words to say.

    @ViCustomerCare worst customer care, bought new postpaid on 13 June, wifi calling not working in redmi note 8 pro, cc exe says handset not supported, website says handset supported. Changed to iPhone 6splus, still not working. Complaint C003-106440479039 made on 15june. No action

    @ViCustomerCare Also this is really very important for you to know that the rep lacked good communication skills. You cannot have someone in the retention team who cannot speak properly, lacks empathy sympathy with a customer not willing to stay with you guys.
