    @VodafoneIN my credit limit is for 3000 and I got bill of 1000 I am loyal customer from last 3yrs as postpaid but as my company @jetairways is shut I am unable to pay bill from last 3 month but without any intimation u ppl have blocked service of incoming too.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi ! Worst telecom service provider in India. Don’t even know what they’re doing. I’m having internet connectivity issues frequently and I kept paying ₹1298/- for my Redx Postpaid every month. Please check the dm and send your technician to fix it asap.

    @ViCustomerCare Abysmal customer service. Please check my mail on a complaint regarding UAE international roaming. My refund of INR 4.5k is pending, and yet you guys choose to close the complaint raised on the VI app, without resolving it. Disgusted with the response.
