@VodafoneIN my credit limit is for 3000 and I got bill of 1000 I am loyal customer from last 3yrs as postpaid but as my company @jetairways is shut I am unable to pay bill from last 3 month but without any intimation u ppl have blocked service of incoming too.

Activate.. then a person from @ViCustomerCare called and said we will deliver a prepaid sim with the same number to your address in 3 days and she said the request is raised and wanted me to cancel the port request as so I did believing them. But no person or sim came to my 2/n.

@ViCustomerCare how many time you want the same thing to be repeated with you.. network is damn slow, getting bunch of marketing sms even when my all 3 nos. are fully enabled for DND ..seems for making money you are selling our data to marketing companies which is why you are unable to stop them

Calling and requesting customer service but still no solution to my problem sir/madam. Every time i call the customer service they just register the issue as data speed problem and that's it. This is totally unfair I am not getting proper service from @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare my sms service for both incoming and outgoing has been stopped i am not able to receive any sms. I am facing this issue from 2 weeks. Due this issue i am unable to receive my important sms related to my bank accounts.
