    @VodafoneIN #VI @vodafonein1 @rmstakkar #ravindertakkar ji this is horrible. I was asking for good service from long time no help atall. When I started my port VI Custser people started calling me I requested to stop calling then also they didn’t stop 20+calls in 2hr. Please help

    I’m a corporate customer trying to port 16 numbers from @ViCustomerCare. Three port-out requests were rejected for “signature mismatch” — even after I emailed the same signed documents before submitting the request. This looks more like a delay tactic than a process issue. (1/7)

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIndia @pnbindia From my account recharge of vodafone by GPay went to the wrong number. Company knows my no.& Gpay from sameno.why did they didn't deny complain to VI & bank both say we cannot help you.Why if wrong transaction stop

    @ViCustomerCare your network is a joke. Speeds are worse than 2G & to top it off, my 20GB “1-day” add-on (recharged at 10 PM) expired at 12 midnight. That’s not 1 day, that’s fraud. Worst service ever. Done with Vi, porting to @reliancejio soon #WorstNetwork
