  @VodafoneIN #VI @vodafonein1 @rmstakkar #ravindertakkar ji this is horrible. I was asking for good service from long time no help atall. When I started my port VI Custser people started calling me I requested to stop calling then also they didn’t stop 20+calls in 2hr. Please help

  @VodaIdea_NEWS @ETTelecom The most inefficient useless people sitting in Vi stores and in the customer service. They don't even know how to do their job. And waste customers' time and money. @ViCustomerCare themselves are not sure about their capability to solve even a minor issue n customer has to suffer

  Unable to call anyone from morning. Talked with Appellate member of @ViCustomerCare . During call the call get cancelled due to some issues. This shows what kind of service @ViBusinessIndia providing.

  @ViCustomerCare - sorry to say but your signal in Nagercoil especially near parvathipuram area is very very poor. Keeps dropping. Customer service tries their best but sadly, it is tower problem. I hope they get better coverage someday.
