I was asking for good service from long time no help atall. When I started my port VI Custser people started calling me I requested to stop calling then also they didn’t stop 20+calls in 2hr. I am currently residing in UAE and unable to travel to Mumbai due to unavoidable circumstances The number was temporarily taken in a friend’s name only to preserve continuity after a porting/deactivation issue, and I am requesting a compliant remote resolution (video KYC/document verification/NOC etc.). I have already emailed the appellate and customer care teams with all details and documents. Requesting escalation support or guidance from the concerned Mumbai/appellate team please. Thank you.
