    @VodafoneIN Balance is being deducted for movie, game, song etc after recharge, without any request from customer. Also no any information given through SMS for balance deduction. This action created since last 2 months. Deducted balance also not credited. This is very shameful.

    @VodafoneIN The number of times I have complained, the answer has been that your problem has been solved. Vodafone is very poor service,I will not advise anyone to use Vodafone in future. Jio and airtel is better than Vodafone, from whose network it is able to tweet @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIN Sir was Complain on 29/08/2020, whose reply has been received today on 02/09/2020 It states that the problem is fixed How did the engineer of Vodafone know that healed I have not received a call from Vodafone Neither confirmed me whether the problem was corrected

    @VodafoneIN An unwanted issue is being faced by me since a week whenever anyone call me a promotion message has to be heard to caller. Due to this not only caller get irritated. But also take a long time to connect the call. It may harmful in energy situation.

    @VodafoneIN I am a postpaid user Even after paying for 4G, the speed of 2G has crossed the problem as many times as the complaint has been corrected. So what is this I have to go to client court now Now do not say that private msg Tweeted and msg 50 times nothing hapened

    @ViCustomerCare I am now little appalled at the customer service support. I have called up the appellate authority 20 times with no response. My 1st complaint was closed without a resolution.     @ViCustomerCare No, your Engineers are not working only fooling the customers. Facing a problem from last 22 months, raised several complaints but your Engineers are failed to understand and resolve the issue. So now I decided to port all my VI numbers to Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare your customer service is worst than hell, I have ever experienced in my life. A single issue is unsolved since 6 months. Your cust care agents disconnects call after long hold. Now I got to know why people port to another network! I am your 10 year old cust but!!
