    @ViCustomerCare Worst ever Services. Trying to convert from postpaid to prepaid or closure of SIM whichever is earlier from more than a month but getting pathetic response from VI and they are adding up the Bill without any usages. What a way to loot customers 👏. Don't entertain customer

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup not able to understand despite having sufficient data why not able to make calls over BOTIM application?? It is the problem with Vi network only, if u can resolve it fine otherwise port out is the only option

    @ViCustomerCare BAKWASS Vodafone Service. Barred my Prepaid no. Stating your 4 yr old postpaid bill is pending. The no. is prepaid from last many years. Customer service saying Voda store jao. Would u tk any action? @vodafone Will port into @reliancejio now All my family no pre and postpaids

    @ViCustomerCare Hey Arushi, on 27th i was given a timeline of 1st Sept 10 am for the issue to be resolved. Today a new ticket is opened with 5th sep expected resolution date. This without even telling me why the earlier was closed in the first place. Is there any more reason not to give up?
