  . @ViCustomerCare Ridiculous from you. I've been charged additional amounts for features I've not opted for. Such ad-hoc deduction of money without my consent comes as a shock. Haven't seen other service providers such as @airtelindia or @JioCare behave like this. Time to port.

  @ViCustomerCare 6. Poor Networks, Connection lost, Poor Call connectivity, unable to use mobile data and hear incoming calls. 4G is speeding only 0.04 kbps 7. Only 2 Signal Bars always 8. Sometimes 4G, sometimes 2G 9. Facing same issues everyday 10. All the time I hope you will look into this.

  @ViCustomerCare Very poor Customer Support at 199. Just cannot speak to the rep on IVR to lodge complaint about DND not working. Have already complained many times on Vi App. No result. Vi is deliberately allowing Spam because it earns money even if customers are disturbed.

  @ViCustomerCare Hi, Since Vodafone & Idea merged, I am facing an issue about my Callertunes service. It never gets activated. I’ve tried it through every platform(App, Site, SMS)I even complained on 199 but nothing happened! They say due to technical glitch its there. help!

  @jovindeglus @ViCustomerCare Sir, for this network our Tamilnadu is inferior, they don’t want to provide any services. All over Tamilnadu indoor coverage is very poor. For them our தமிழ்நாடு is non priority circle. Here they won’t provide esim, vowifi like other operators.

  @ViCustomerCare I'm very disappointed with the network & speed that I'm getting since the company has merged. Used to be a far better experience with IDEA. Time to Port !
