    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Is there any accountability left in India regarding customer services? 1st you deliver a postpaid SIM, instead of a new prepaid SIM, discontinue the service for more than 15 days without any intimation. Cont.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Moreover I was asked to take my mother also to the store.Her movement is restricted due to health issues.Very bad service from VI. Thinking to change to some other service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare What's about ur fraud service. Validity pack, mini unlimited pack and main balance are activated for my number then you are pushing for recharge of 129. If all necessary pack is activated then why i can't use sms service.

    @ViCustomerCare Recently made a payment to shut down a number, as threats were given that matter will be reported in a local newspaper, i had asked the agent to confirm me on mail from Vodafone officially regarding receipt of payment and the number has been shut. Please check.
