    @ViCustomerCare since morning my signal is lost and it says no service and I tried turning mobile off and on and even ejected the sim out of mobile and tried and I couldn’t get out of it. I couldn’t contact customer care even @ViCustomerCare could you please help me out of it!?

    @ViCustomerCare linkedin ref 1246805 no network on the phone 4 days ago and today when i went to gallery in Bhayandar west, opp to maxus mall i met the representative jannat, she told me that the sim is gone bad as its a old sim card and needs to be replaced and i have to pay

    @ViCustomerCare Utterly ridiculous attitude from customer care representative... I was forced to pay more .. your shameless organization can start number same day with billing starting on same day buy for stopping service , it needs 11 days.. and customers should pay for it.. shame on VI..Shame.
