@ViCustomerCare Worst service ever. Raised complain 12+ times but no solution. And said that u lives in crowd area. @JioCare is ur port service available on sunday? I want to port out my 3 Vi numbers.

@ViCustomerCare The concern wasnt resolved to my satisfaction. You couldn't give an explanation as to why was a msg sent to me, when I didnt initiate any communication to begin with. All you've assured me is that the issue won't repeat!

How worst can your internet connection be? I am on an open road and #vodafoneidea doesn’t work. It doesn’t work neither at my home nor anywhere else. Where do u think it should work? Meri qabar me? I am a postpaid customer and I think it’ll be better to port out @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare In my location VI have a 13 Year Old existing 2G Mobile network , If You will Upgrade it to 4G I will definitely use your service. Are you interested to Upgrade your service ? In Our area you have a better market, Jio & Airtel Taking benifit of it by providing 4G.
