@ViCustomerCare stop annoying ur customers with frequent calls & reminder msgs to pay the bill. As it is u charge a fine of 100/- per month if the payment is delayed even by a day. Anyways this is the last month I'm with u porting to another service provider due to ur nuisance.

Hey @ViCustomerCare, How dare you shift my personal postpaid number under a corporate account without informing me? Now I can’t even get a replacement SIM! You've been billing it under random account names without my consent. This is fraud. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY. #VI #scam #fraud

@ViCustomerCare what kind of ****** service and system you have. Had applied for port. Then on request converted from postpaid to prepaid & didn’t port. Now getting 5-8 calls everyday from your customer care asking not to port! Don’t you guys have any system updation ? Why the hell do you harass customers. If this persists, I will surely now migrate .

@ViCustomerCare, I’ve complained 20 times over the last 90 days. Your team visited yesterday and confirmed the issue is with the nearby tower—but still no fix. Every time I get a "complaint resolved" message. I’ve finally decided to port my number. #VI #NetworkIssue

@ViCustomerCare I've been trying to download past bills thru your VI APP. It shows emailed but never received. Can you please arrange to email past bill on our registered email ID.
