Always **** type of things and experience gain from @ViCustomerCare here no options for customer executive it's a ridiculous and worst feel for me as a customer of Vi. I think I port my number for these type of happened twice with me.

@ViCustomerCare Just got a call from the network team — they said they can’t send an engineer to every location and that doing the network settings is the only solution. That’s the response I received from them. I think it’s better if I just port my number now.

@ViCustomerCare As per your advertisement you are adding network every day but there isn't a single network bar reach in atalnagar, nava raipur 492101 area. I had to buy a airtel sim in emergency. This is seriously poor network service.
