    @ViCustomerCare It's not good that initially sim was sold on lifetime and then changed to monthly service... U should atleast provide incoming free for lifetime... Three months also can understand but why monthly? Now tariff is also increased then why?

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I've received an SMS from you that "we have resolved your network complaint with reference number...". But the problem continues. Still unable to make or receive any calls despite full network. The other SIM on my phone works well. And no one from Vi has reached out to me.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I raised a complaint regarding SMS bombardment to my Vi number, all the sms I get are OTP texts. Not generated by me, I don't use any of those apps that the OTP's are being generated from. Along with that I get calls from international numbers.
