    @ViCustomerCare Your Internet service has degraded drastically in past 1&half month. It feels like 3G connection in use. Had complained earlier too but from support team said complaint resolved in your area. Slow Internet speed from browsing to streaming.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare My complaint got closed "again" without even resolving. Given details in dm and spoken to some 10 cc people without use. You want me to pay without giving "basic" plan benifits. This is beyond pathetic customer care. It's time to end 17 yr time with vi.
