Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.

The speed of network is like 2G why this problem occurred again and again. Please correct it as soon as possible

My phone has become useless—people cannot reach me, and when a call somehow connects, the voice breaks constantly, making communication impossible.
