  @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw None of VI customer care contact no. are working. One of their mini store in Aurangabad,Bihar is arbitrary charging from customers for any service issues.Please look into it.

  @ViCustomerCare You guys won't do anything about it. I have shared this issue with you as well as @Airtel_Presence multiple times. Airtel is least bothered to respond because they know they are in the wrong and might be embarassed about the issue my wife has been facing for nearly 4 months now.
