@ViCustomerCare I went to the Malad west VI store near Liberty Garden today but again they have denied to take my documents stating that they will take my docs only when I convert my prepaid number in to postpaid They are forcing me to convert my prepaid connection in to postpaid. Kindly help.

Very bad network service of vi india complaints so many times but still not resolved last week customer care team said they are not able to resolve network problem , if ur not able to resolve we can think to change to any other network who provide better service. @ViCustomerCare

Hi @ViCustomerCare we are again facing the network issue. It is since 2 weeks that we are unable to use internet our money is wasted and were dependent on airtel users. Kindly confirm when this will be resolve. I don't want to waste more money trusting you.
