    There is a HUGE difference in service level between @Airtel_Presence and @ViCustomerCare. Airtel listens and will work on your issue while VI will send you a templatised response after 2 days. Sorry VI - its time to move, will be porting to Airtel after 12 years on VI

    @ViCustomerCare hey their VI I'm facing a network problem from 1 year and I already raised complain many times on VI app also Complained on E-mail but till now you did nothing except doing calls to me. This is my last hope please do something now.

    @suunil31 @vodafone @ViCustomerCare I am also facing the same problem. I have already paid my last bill even though they have tripled my monthly plan without my consent and are repeatedly threatening me that they will not even let you port my mobile connection.

BSNL rs.49.. 100minuts ..24days or Rs.118 unlimited calls 26days Jio offer rs.329 unlimited calls 84 days. I'm confused which operator to choose
