    @ViCustomerCare Helo there, I recently ported to vi™ sim and activated voLTE services too. But in daily usage when i call to any other networks my volte is disabling it self i can't use the 4G/3G/2G any either internet during this call. Please help me what should i do???

    @ViCustomerCare Why is it so hard to get someone to talk to in your customer care? 199 and 198 won’t give any clear option to reach an executive. Absolutely ridiculous customer experience

    @ViCustomerCare ITS BEEN THREE DAYS SINCE MY NUMBER OF VODAFONE IDEA NOT WORKING AND I HAVE BEEN CHASING YOUR CUSTOMER CARE. ITS TERRIBLE SERVICE STANDARDS AND IF NOT ACTIVATED IN 30 minutes THEN I WILL THROW THE SIM IN DUSTBIN AND BUY JIO POSTPAID NUMBER

    @ViCustomerCare What is Happening with your network in Jaipur Rajasthan ? I am not even Able to Use 2G network and LTE is also Not working today Customer care says sir wait for some days we are upgrading network in your area but. What is this 🐱 internet ?
