    When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare 199 is active till 17th. IVR say recharge of 365 is valid till 17th. Still SMS sending fails. Checked sms center etc, but didn't helped. This is to much frustrating. Way poor service. #worstService #Vi #frustrating

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your hopeless help and support, do check my revert. 3rd class services of Vi, @reliancejio is way better. Atlease they do not merge the recharge benifits even though user recharge twice or until agree to activate both plans simultaneously.

    @ViCustomerCare If you want to run the company according to your own convenience without providing proper customer support, then why sell SIM cards to customers in the first place? Please resolve my issue immediately.

    Hi @JioCare, I submitted my @ViCustomerCare to Jio port request on 7 July around 7 PM. KYC is complete, but MyJio still shows "Port-in In Progress". My Vi plan expires on 8 July, and I'm concerned about a service interruption if the process is delayed. @JioCare (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare I didn't tag you because this tweet was just a rant. A random 10-minute network outage made me miss Argentina's comeback. I had reported this issue previously from another number, but never got a proper resolution. I don't need any help with it right now.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Bhai kuchh hua mere issue ka? Talking to chat support - same copy paste replies, twitter - dead man operating @ViCustomerCare , vi customer care email id - operated by full time sbi manager whose primary job is to serve lunches in sbi.

    @ViCustomerCare I have joined VI . Why VI service centre giving only post paid option for port ? I have visited South Bopal branch and a lady VI representative confirm only post paid option by VI for port. I have to take. this is highly unprofessional Why such unethical product sell?

    @ViCustomerCare kuchh kijiye bhai hamara….dm karke 24 hours k liye gayab ho jaate hain. Vi se support lene se pehle amrit peena zaruri hai, coz it takes lifetime to get something from them @TRAI .3rd July till this time, only info exchange.
