    @ViCustomerCare very bad experience as recharge of rs 78 done for 89 days caller tune recharge successfuly done but still it shows it is chargeable very bad experience customer support fail to resolve it very disappointed with VI services

    I have recharged my Vodafone with 1197 from that day onwards I am having problems in outgoing calls from that particular SIM . I hve complaints at least 6-7 times no positive response. I m fed up with the kind of services provided. Look into the matter @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I ported in VI a week ago, Your Plans are good and attractive but internet speed and network is worst. No voLTE, network switching to 2g, not able to use internet on vi sim, i am waiting for completing 90 days period to port out from VI. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare one of the horrible customer care services of India. A Indian Sim is lost in UK and it takes ages for their customer care to understand the same.
