    @ViCustomerCare such a pathetic service. It's been a month I have requested for address change. The store asked for gas receipt n now after a month #customercare person is saying gas receipt is not a valid proof!! Do you give training to your staff? #pathetic @consumerforum_

    @ViCustomerCare My complaint dated 20-May-2021 with reference number C003-105359375718 was supposed to be resolved by 24-May-2021. In addition to the one number, there are other few numbers I am unable to call. What's happening?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi. My query got resolved but with some delay. Kindly ensure your customer care team actually address our queries. I got a completely unrelated answer when I called ur customer care. And after several calls, someone helped me getting things corrected. Thks for reaching out
