    @ViCustomerCare I paid 475 rupees for your 4G data pack. It has been 2 hours since I made the payment and not getting service. Restore my 4GB per day data I paid for. I wont wait patiently. This is fraud. I want my Vi app updated with data pack I paid for. Do it within 1 minute.

    @ViCustomerCare How you(vi) got the certification for India's Fastest 4G , without proper 4G network coverage? Everytime I'm calling your customer care, they're saying I'm under network coverage area, I'm suffering the same problem in a lot of places ,your team is ineffective @vodafoneIN_Fdtn

    @ViCustomerCare Outgoing stopped working suddenly in my Postpaid number, I recently moved from Airtel and I don't have any outstanding bill amount, how come this is happening? It is saying that I should call 199 but same msg is being said in that number also. Terrible service.
