    @ViCustomerCare My Vi SIM on OnePlus 11R 5G is stuck on GPRS/2G instead of 4G/5G. I’ve already restarted the phone and checked the preferred network setting, but the issue persists. Please resolve this urgently. #Vi #NetworkIssue

    Very urgent complaint Vi International Roaming in China. A senior citizen is currently in China and has already recharged an International Roaming pack, but the Vi network is not working. The user is unable to manually select/connect to a Vi partner network, @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_ Ind telecom oprtrs separate top-up for bal from combo packs that include service validity, a standard model to ensure ongoing network access revenue under TRAI guidelines that protect SIMs from deactivation for up to 90 days with sufficient balance.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, I am currently at Jabalpur railway station. Vi's network here is so poor that I can't even tell you. 5G is not even available. When will Vi solve its network issue?

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI worst customer care service. Complaint opened by customer , closed by backend team without giving resolution. Now telling to open 2nd complaint which I'm sure will get closed as per comfort of thr team. My 1st complaint is still unresolved. @TRAI
