    @ViCustomerCare I am really fed up with VAS getting added to my postpaid on its own, without any initiation from my side. Despite of requesting to the customer care multiple times, it does not help. Very disappointing for a loyal customer like me.

    @ViCustomerCare U can reach me on my alternate number 9953535497, because ur network is so patchy u won't be able to figure out anything over call. Besides I have shared Ookla test report y don't u just have it resolved instead of trying 2 convince me that u r working 2 resolve it. @rmstakkar
