    @ViCustomerCare why you people deduct customer's balance without his request or confirmation for any service ? My balance got deducted on 25th june for TELSYNC GAMES SERVICE which I never requested and unfortunately I didn't check message that day for balance deduction

    @ViCustomerCare I am planning to port for another network because i need unlimited internet plan in same amount of Rs.499/- plan. Which offered by another competitor network. Please update whether VI offers the same plan?

    @ViCustomerCare , Hi, last month you have activated some service without my consent, deducted money. I had complained here and then you deactivated. Today again you activated another service without my consent and deducted money. What's you trying to tell?

    @ViCustomerCare I have sent my number through DM. Please remove the excess charges levied ASAP. Otherwise I'll have to discontinue the services or port my number to a different service provider. How can you add services to my monthly scheme without even asking me? Extremely disappointed.

    @ViCustomerCare Numerous emails and umpteen number of calls made in the past 15 days yet my issue delineated therein remains unresolved. Horrible service! Tweeting as a last resort failure whereof would lead me to port my number.

    Hello @TRAI @DoT_India, @ViCustomerCare has been continuously deducting ₹15/₹25 for every 7/15 days since last 2 months. Every time I complain, they refund and say I'll not face this issue for next 6 months. Already complained 3 times and now again deducted. Who'll take action?
