  @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi Customer Care, 10 Days and counting! My Order ID: DCHD17042691072 is still stuck. Every time your team gives a fake 'Resolution Time' but NO call or delivery happens. I don't want to cancel because I want THIS specific number. Is this how you treat new customers in Bihar

  @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Every day, once or twice, the network stops working. Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.

  @ViCustomerCare Dear Service Provider we received a massage that my area is 5G available but even 4G is not stable . Every 10-15 its change to 2 G.
