    @selvaa25 @VodafoneIN Got any reply? Same problem here. Customer care says duplicate sim is free, but vi store charged ₹50, local retailer(kollam, kerala) ₹150 and retailer at kochi ₹50. Seems @ViCustomerCare has no control over sim distribution.

    @VodafoneIN pathetic disappointing customer care,they don't respond,u tweet/email they just send message 2 pay d bill even if the due date is 10days away instead of solving d problem they tell to pay the bill first and then will solve the problem.@airtelindia need to change port
