Dear @VodafoneIN I m literally fed up of your false commitments of providing good network and speed, u r just slower than sloths. I think even your customer care executives are fed up of stating 48hrs fake assurance to the customers.

@ViCustomerCare for every single message charges deducted two times, previously also customer support solve this problem,now after 2 months it again started deducted two times , why?

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare This is a smart move that don't give network singnal until customer recharge ,but at the same time these are cheap and ***** tricks. I am using another sim of @airtelindia I recharge it only once in December 2019.But still signal are there.

@ViCustomerCare I'm trying to login to vi app from last 4 days unable yo receive the otp. Wtf is going on? Should I uninstall it & port my card to @reliancejio or @airtelindia ? Also recharged yesterday. Very disappointed. No data speed is well.

@ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP It is so disappointing that this people can charge us for anything and there are so many people who have paid them for a sim which cost them nothing and they are charging us 100 rs and it’s their fault that they can’t provide service I am feeling harassed bcoz of it

@ViCustomerCare Pages dont load google apps like Google drive and youtube have trouble connecting. Can't log into a device and games have a high ping of 1000ms. twitter dosent load either. So please fix the network configuration. All this happening on multiple Vi sims.
