    @VodafoneIN Calling me is not proper solution ,coz u won't be able to hear me properly due to poor network ... For your information we have two Vodafone towers in the range of 500mtrs..our company has provided space for two towers But still your service is worst..

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare thank u jio, because of your high speed network i m able to tweet this post for pathetic network service by Vodafone. They just show 4G but speed forget it. Jio team keep it good work. Amazing jio. Vi don't care at all even after complains of many yrs.

    @ViCustomerCare again no internet connection in pimploli pin code 415202 why we using such bad service only for payment.@DoT_India last time also technical engineer visit but still same things it means your ground skill is 0.

    @ViCustomerCare Having this problem where @HDFC_Bank calls in regard to a bank loan some HARNAATH MEENA acquired . Been harrassing my family with spam calls and calling for loan recovery . Can I get help as we are tired of this and not willing to change this number

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I can't see any #VoLTE sign beside the network bar. Restarted my phone, changed my sim slot, contacted customer care but no luck. I am facing this problem since 23 April 22. P.S.: My sim is in 4g with #VoLTE ON

    @ViCustomerCare it's been more than 40 hours and yet no network. I have already visited store multiple times but still no progress. It's kind of frustrating when you are a customer for almost 8 years and you're not getting harassed like this.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Last thursday,Through my vi number someone has tried to signup vi app. Otp was generated and it prevented to signup. It was clearly hacking attempt. So should I register a police complaint through cyber cell or log a complaint to viicare?

    @ViCustomerCare yesterday night my VI number automatically got no service when the sim was in my phone itself. Now your cx care wants me to visit your store. I can’t visit your store as my schedule is jam packed kindly send your executive to my office.
