  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI bad service by your vi customer executive Bina as continously repeated one sentence without taking any complain for it. Complain is on data usage without using mobile at night when at sleep complete data 1.5 GB exhausted. It's complete looting of customer

  @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidealimited Emails were sent on 1st, 3rd, 6th & 9th Nov 2021. You have not been able to solve my problem. My correct alternate number is not updated yet. You don't even bother to call or give status on e-mail. What's the use of sending you an e-mail?

  @ViCustomerCare No wonder Why Vi is lagging behind! Been a day since Recharged still unable to use Data at handset even after APN resesting, Mobile Restarting, Roaming activation. sim ejection. No one cares to look back into the Complain registered!! Shame on Customer Service.

  @ViCustomerCare what's the point of giving option to chose your number when your company is fraudulently going to issue another number and not resolve the issue for more than a month. Customer harrassment has been taken to another level here.
