Even the Internet at my home always shows E(2G) and never 4G speed is achieved. My father pays heavy bills for 4G and do not get the same @DoT_India please take appropriate steps & help me.

Using Vodafone since 3 months and there is a continuous call drop in every after 30 seconds. I dnt think it will take 3 months to resolve one issue. There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I don’t know why I’m still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it … keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!
