    @VodafoneIN poor service continues from your side. I just received "we are working on the issue and will be resolved soon" from your side but trust me nothing happened from your side to improve network strength and the 4G speed is not achieved . What's the reason for poor service

    I had converted my 9776663123 vi no from postpaid to prepaid. It would be refund of 176.09 rupees but today i got only 149 rupees in main balance . For this query i want to connect your customer service but they did not cooperate me. Rubbish👎 @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS

    Hey @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup , really having a hard issue with my internet and even to some extent, call drop in my area. getting a speed 0.1mbps. Even Google doesn't open. All other places nearby are not having this problem. Please resolve it ASAP! I stay in palaspalli, bbsr

    There should be a "refund" option if your service provider is not able to provide network @ViCustomerCare do one thing, just simply warn your customers that you are not able to provide network in there area kindly switch to another network provider OR JUST GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR

    @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve
