  @ViCustomerCare I returned from abroad and have 'no service' on my phone and your agents are unable to help. I have been trying since 12th. On my VI app, it shows that my 'airplane mode' is on but it is not. You have terrible customer service and your agents don't solve issues.

  @ViCustomerCare You network is in my village is poor but before 3/4 years your network is available on airtel tower but due to temporary shutdown of Airtel you remove your equipment from that airtel tower but now Airtel tower is restored 1 year ago please you also put network equipment on it

  .@JioCare hi team, I cannot hear the caller's voice, when I call and also the vice versa. But, the called person, can hear my voice. With my 2nd @ViCustomerCare, there's no such problem. Please suggest, if this is a SIM issue.

  @ViCustomerCare I am facing lot of issue in internet speed in surfing internet. I get 2g speed . I have made complaint but they are processed without solving the issue. I had talk many times customer care but still problem is same. Pincode: 462036
