    @ViCustomerCare should sue VI for defrauding millions of customers by signing up people to plans that deduct money periodically for users. Hundreds of senior citizens unknowingly get enrolled into stupid monthly packs and lose balance at the blink of an eye @jagograhakjago

    @VodafoneIN Dear Vi stop calling people in the name of @reliancejio I sent requested Port from Vodafone to Jio and did all the process. Call 1 :Vodafone tired there best to save customer. Call 2: the fraud starts,+917204920098 ask to cancel port telling port requested twice.

    Day 20 of begging @ViCustomerCare for help. Not receiving calls/SMS on my primary SIM. Not able to do any bank transactions because I can't receive even OTPs. How cruel can a company be? Still finding out. Please stay away from Vi. #FraudVodafoneIdea #FraudVi

Can you imagine the trouble I am facing? @ViCustomerCare keeps closing my help request as "temporary issue". Save yourself from this fraud company! Worst support. #FraudVodafoneIdea #FraudVi

    @ViCustomerCare That's y I don't trust you guys when it comes service. The amount is paid in advance and now refund you guys say will take 10 days. What an unfair means to service and may I know the reason for rejecting my ID proof as I use the same for Airtel ,JIO @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
