    @ViCustomerCare should sue VI for defrauding millions of customers by signing up people to plans that deduct money periodically for users. Hundreds of senior citizens unknowingly get enrolled into stupid monthly packs and lose balance at the blink of an eye @jagograhakjago

    @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare there is no network/service since morning to My VI sim. Also not able to login vi app to report issue as OTP is being received on mail and no network to sim. This is my important sim and want it resolved asap

    @ViCustomerCare Have stayed with Vodafone from 2007 , still showing faith. Still facing normal network and Internet issues in Bangalore ! Pathetic , Airtel and jio works better

    @ViCustomerCare “we are reviewing the concern.” Either resolve the issue with a proper written explanation and reverse the disputed charge, or clearly tell me that Vi is refusing to resolve it.

    @ViCustomerCare Again ur network has gone to the familiar 1 or 0 bars. We are again not getting any network at different places in our house. Why is this issue happening again and again????

    @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,

    Dear @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Vi mobile number 86818851**. I did not recharge the SIM for around 40 days. After that, the SIM was activated, but now when I try to recharge, the available plans are showing as “Invalid”.
