    poor Vodafone @ViCustomerCare ... your customer care people have no knowledge. I have been requesting for an address change but your executive is asking me to upload adhaar card, when i told her that adhaar is of different address. She wants me to upload rental agreement which i did and it was rejected by your company. now she wants me to upload adhaar (which is of different address) amd rental areement both ? does she now know that only one document can be uploaded in your app. What kind of idiots are sitting in your care ?

    @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,

    @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare there is no network/service since morning to My VI sim. Also not able to login vi app to report issue as OTP is being received on mail and no network to sim. This is my important sim and want it resolved asap

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Vi mobile number 8681885162. I did not recharge the SIM for around 40 days. After that, the SIM was activated, but now when I try to recharge, the available plans are showing as “Invalid”.
