  @ViCustomerCare should sue VI for defrauding millions of customers by signing up people to plans that deduct money periodically for users. Hundreds of senior citizens unknowingly get enrolled into stupid monthly packs and lose balance at the blink of an eye @jagograhakjago

  @ViCustomerCare Completely false and fake advertising regarding VODAFONE 5G. India's biggest cheapest telecom service provider, in yur device u can see 5G, but u wouldn't get speed of 1G. Even yur data will not work. Really worst poorest services in India of VODAFONE that's y losing customers.

  @ViCustomerCare what a dumb solution I have got for a verification issue and deactivation of services of my 8-9 yrs old phone number from an assistant at vi store, buy a new phone no. Seriously, that's how you guys are doing with such an old customer.

  hi @ViCustomerCare i lost my phone last night, it has a vi sim card , i have filed a complaint for that in police but when i went to my nearest vi store today for getting a new sim as that sim was linked by my aadhar but they are thats no reverified and saying that i will get

  @ViCustomerCare I port out my SIM to VI. I thought I would contribute VI after seeing news of VI. After port out sim VI not providing esim activation for samsung watch and customer support teams say that this service is only available for postpaid users Why ? Even Jio provides.

  @ViCustomerCare We haven’t given up , comparing to Jio your service provided is some what satisfactory and better , we have decided to continue with Vodafone .
