    @ViCustomerCare It is very evident that teams at Vodafone are working in silos, no one knows what is happening. No one has a resolution. 5 times visited to store, again being asked to go to store, making a joke of us.

    @ViCustomerCare More than 6 months I have been complaining for good network. From last 4 days issue raised on social media and vi care, but no use of that no one cares about customer. Thanks for giving support for more than 15 years. Now it's time to say goodbye to idea🙏
