    @ViCustomerCare should sue VI for defrauding millions of customers by signing up people to plans that deduct money periodically for users. Hundreds of senior citizens unknowingly get enrolled into stupid monthly packs and lose balance at the blink of an eye @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare Hello..I am not satisfied with response of your team member..I have never received any breakup how huge amount accumulated of Rs. 434 which is now mentioned on the mail from Ms. Nisha.. Before Porting we have cleared out our outstanding balance and this is complete harrasment

    @TRAI do something about the pathetic service of @ViCustomerCare .. penalty, suspend them, do whatever you can and if possible remove them as well !

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare no resolution yet :/ I have been informed that normal validity plans do not give SMS facilities, and an 'extended' validity plan has to be bought. Can this be confirmed?

    Very poor customer care service by @vodafone @ViCustomerCare They responded after 36 hours and didn't address the issue thoroughly.Other post paid services are cheaper than Vodafone on that ground they gave me concession for 6 month and now again updating previous expensive plan
