    @ViCustomerCare No resolution till now, not even anyone reached as gesture of support. Pathetic customer service. You left no choice then porting to other service provider. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare While I have a 739 recharge on, unlimited data and it is ending on 7th June, why I am being told on customer service that I have 1 gb/day and your app is showing data limit reached ? And there's no customer representative on 198, pathetic service.

    I am @ViCustomerCare user but it's network service is so poor that it can't be shared on net because to do so you need a working net connection and it will not provide it so can go for a complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare why on the earth is your service the worst? You legit show us 5G and call drop rates, no voice heard, is so so common on every single call. Why can’t you improve it? 😡

    My number is still not activated despite multiple visits to the Vi Gallery. I was told the only option is to convert it to postpaid, else discard the number. This is unacceptable. Please help resolve this urgently @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Not even 4g in kinathudavu west,642109. No use of taking dozen of complaints for past 3 years and so planning to portout. Why should I recharge for signal less network!!! Even BSNL gives 4g, but vi can't!!!! Shameful vi and worst network

    @Indianinfoguide Surprised to see low #VodafoneIdea speed. They must work on strengthening the 4G/5G network & internet speed. You can't compete with Jio & Airtel if you don't improve on services. Consumers will only shift to #VI if they get better speed & services #ChangeToVi @ViCustomerCare
