    @ViCustomerCare After dialling a number, it takes almost 10-15 seconds to hear the ring of the other number. For 10-15 seconds its almost silent. Whats the issue? Pls check your network in our area. Jio rings in 2 secs.

    @ViCustomerCare I accidentally recharged the WRONG Vi mobile number via Google Pay today. I request your urgent help in reversing/cancelling the recharge and refunding the amount, if possible. The incorrectly recharged number: +91 8000******* Please help me resolve this issue. 🙏

    After 3 months of poor network, I finally recharged my Vi SIM. I avoided it because of the negative feedback, but I'm glad I tried it. Airtel and Jio didn't work well in my area. Now I'm getting 30 to 35 Mbps in Kolkata. Thank you, @ViCustomerCare! 💛

    @ViCustomerCare I am currently in Saudi Arabia and facing a "No Network" issue. I have already recharged with an International Roaming pack, but my SIM is not registering on any network. I am unable to receive any services or OTPs. Please assist me urgently.
