@ViCustomerCare Oh, customer need to provide within 24 hrs while you don't provide anything within 1 week. Wah, what a company I am dealing with. Thanks for your time I will post my never in other operator within this week. No family member will use Vi now onwards.

@ViCustomerCare my 5 days of recharge left in unlimited monthly plan but outgoing call services stops and i have to recharge early but when do recharge that 5 days are going in vein so every month getting less days as what it says in your plan. Kindly help
