    @ViCustomerCare I’ve faced the SAME issue for 3 months! My ₹299 pack (1.5GB/day, 28 days) activates daily at 12am, yet every morning my data shows 0GB before any usage. 🚫📶 How is this possible? I need a detailed clarification + immediate resolution. #UnfairBilling

    @ViCustomerCare Any update? I have still not received the refund. Complaint was closed on 11th mentioning that refund will be processed in 3-7 working days and today it's 21st.

    @KhoslaAvneesh @ViNewsOfficial @ViCustomerCare My number verification keeps showing negative, but no one ever visited my house. When I called customer care, they told me to go to a VI store in Gurgaon. At the store they said because I bought the SIM online, they can’t help, and asked me to buy a new SIM from them to get verification done. This is very unfair—please resolve this! #VodafoneIdea #VI
