@ViCustomerCare one of worst plans and worst service we are getting from #vi #vodafoneidea in India. One my family member recharged with 99 and Vodafone executive says we won’t allow outgoing SMS with this you have to pay more sms service, how do we send sms for banking services?

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI hello TRAI, VI is asking its customer to recharge to send sms even though I have 10 rs balance, i want to PORT my number and they are denying the port sms sending and asking to recharge for 99 to do this. This is loot from their end.

@VodafoneIN Rem. 92: Your network is 0.02 Mbps at Balaji Appts Upkar Colony, Delhi-84. Yr SIMs were recharged several times but didn't respond. Complaining since many years but you never talked & never resolved it. Very disgusting. 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002.

@ViCustomerCare DCHD16052279635. Pls cancel porting request, & issue refund for prepaid plan purchased. 90 days locking period is not yet over regarding previous porting, hence porting not possible
