@ViCustomerCare @Vodafone_CEO I have been your customer for the last 15 years and suddenly my sms stopped working and called your support to understand and they were like you have to recharge with higher amount to get the service activated. Is this a joke? I LOST OTP FROM 5 DAYS.

@ViCustomerCare network is down from 2days total network fluctuations not stable had to switch to 3g . 4g is working on 15/30kbps horrible
