@ViCustomerCare either remove this corona alert message before calls or make it a part of the caller tune. If I have to make an emergency call I have to wait 20-30 secs for this irritating msg to be over. @TRAI @DoT_India pls look into this.

My father who was using Vodaphone since 2003 at that time it's name was hutch,And just 3 weeks before he went to the @ViCustomerCare to convert his sim from 3G to 4G and till date he has went to the store 5 times at the age of 68 his network is gone from past 3 weeks.

@jibindcruz @ViCustomerCare Having my worst experience ever with this network. I just went to Airtel store yesterday to enquire about porting but even they told me to first get your sim active only then they will be able to do that. Its been one month now. VI has given me just stress and financial losses.
