    @ViCustomerCare Since when has this been updated? I have always been doing the service validity recharge with same value INR 26 and it always worked. Is there a way to convert these last 2 recharges I have done to service validity?

    @JioCare @reliancejio It seems I have to definitely try as @ViCustomerCare executive called me today but she wasn't having any info regarding the case & then she was supposed to call me back after 30 mins post understanding the issue but as usual your company can't stand on commitments.

    @ViCustomerCare Done, serious Network Drop from Full signal to No signal in every 1-2 hrs, full signal with no internet. finally I recharged my Jio number @JioCare Jio is best, planning to port, fed-up with complaining always.

    @ViCustomerCare I need a new sim to be issued for my grandmother and your customer agent told me the only way that’s possible is for her to visit a VI store with her ID. During a pandemic, there needs to be another way around this. Please advise as this is urgent!
