    @ViCustomerCare - Received your short reply. 1st I'm not Prasad. 2nd my last 2 days calls history will tell you the issue. Main issue. Your app homepage is all messed up data. My data is 2gb /day. Today I barely used after 6.00am but balance gone down to 0.62gb.otyer issues too.

    Why Vi why? Strengthen the network, why follow suit to Airtel? I can't complain about the coverage in my area but the price hike is just too much, not many people can afford it, you should've thought about that. Disappointed @ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneGroup @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare Despite the loyalty wz Vi having 2 premium (98117, 98736) no’s for over 20+years, it amounts to nothing. Been chasing a simple resolution for over a 1 mnth now & all I get is lip service. Time to port cz brand loyalty is insignificant.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service by Vi. I bought two numbers from VI STORE JYOTI CHOWK, JALANDHAR CITY on 3rd Nov 2021. I am still waiting for network on both Sim cards to call 59059 for verification. Feeling very harassed due to such poor service by Vi to his consumer.
