    @ViCustomerCare When Iam using data in 4g and if I do incoming or outgoing call my data will degrade to 3g or it will turn off completely then too the worst call quality Iam getting after the call it remains in 3g for sometime.

    @ViCustomerCare my number services are blocked suddenly after using the number for 6 years. Now i know why people say to stop using Vi. Such a bad service.

    @ViCustomerCare and when we called customer care, they agreed and told by 14th of this month my number will be closed permanently and it was temporarily out of service as well and to our surprize today it was active again and I was able to make call. I am sending details in DM this number

    @ViCustomerCare I’m not able to surf internet since last 2 days where my unlimited pack is showing validity till june 2022. But it’s always showing me 0 mb left in vi app since last 2 days. Why it’s happening? Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare CHOR CHOR CHOR CHOR World's number 1 theif company. Very bad employees. No manners how to talk with customers. Never solve my issue with network and data. Every month pay 5k bill but never satisfied. I want to suggest all throw VI sim and buy another company Sim. Chor Chor Chor

    @ViCustomerCare I request for closure of one of my Vodafone number and get assured twice by customer care and this will be closed permanently by 14th April 2022 and it was suspended temporary and today, when I saw my mobile the number was active, This is really very bad service. please close
