    @ViCustomerCare When Iam using data in 4g and if I do incoming or outgoing call my data will degrade to 3g or it will turn off completely then too the worst call quality Iam getting after the call it remains in 3g for sometime.

    @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,

    @ViCustomerCare VI is heavily missing customer service. I called up 199 & they said they can not deactivate the no., I will have to visit VI store. We had already gone to VI stores, ane they said to call 199 May because of such things VI is making losses. Time to go back to Airtel.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Vi mobile number 86818851**. I did not recharge the SIM for around 40 days. After that, the SIM was activated, but now when I try to recharge, the available plans are showing as “Invalid”.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare To my utter disgust, they are sending me an invoice of Rs. 179.53 for services that they could not fulfill as promised. I had been their customer who paid 6 months in advance. This is how they repay their loyal customers.
