@ViCustomerCare When Iam using data in 4g and if I do incoming or outgoing call my data will degrade to 3g or it will turn off completely then too the worst call quality Iam getting after the call it remains in 3g for sometime.

@ViCustomerCare how's it to be a pathetic network on a daily basis? Activated International roaming for the sake of getting OTPs and here I'm in another country without any network. How could I be loyal for so long even though I had never been happier with vodafone in 5 yrs

@ViCustomerCare I have been doing this exercise - 4 times a day for last 5 months !! It has got 100% success rate — but for 10 to 15 mins … and then again the signal gets lost

I've almost 9GB of data left for today. And getting 16kbps download speed. @ViCustomerCare Reference number MNG-V00554526317 is registered. Resolve the issue earlier.
