@ViCustomerCare When Iam using data in 4g and if I do incoming or outgoing call my data will degrade to 3g or it will turn off completely then too the worst call quality Iam getting after the call it remains in 3g for sometime.

@ViCustomerCare My sim is already in sim 1 and I am also a technical person. On my other phone also there is less signal strength of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .Airtel is also showing less connectivity. Now jio or Bsnl is left . Let's see what is need to be done

@ViCustomerCare 6. Poor Networks, Connection lost, Poor Call connectivity, unable to use mobile data and hear incoming calls. 4G is speeding only 0.04 kbps 7. Only 2 Signal Bars always 8. Sometimes 4G, sometimes 2G 9. Facing same issues everyday 10. All the time I hope you will look into this.

@ViCustomerCare can you remove the long covid message before each call. Everyone is already aware of it. Network-service is so poor that it never connects at first attempt and 2-3 times need to hear the message.

@ViCustomerCare Every-time i call your executive gives me the same answer to the problems they just tell me to reset my settings and will highlight your problem but it has not worked i had called from yesterday i had called 6 times and i got the same answer all the six times
