    @ViCustomerCare When Iam using data in 4g and if I do incoming or outgoing call my data will degrade to 3g or it will turn off completely then too the worst call quality Iam getting after the call it remains in 3g for sometime.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi. This used to work before I ported my SIM card. It works on all other SIM. I also checked with Apple care - they said the issue is with the network provider. Kindly escalate this issue. I’m being charged for numerous SMS being sent from my phone due to this.

    It's time to switch to other network. Very pathetic service provided by @ViCustomerCare in our area. You guys should provide stable internet first and then show ads of India's fastest 4G.
