@ViCustomerCare When Iam using data in 4g and if I do incoming or outgoing call my data will degrade to 3g or it will turn off completely then too the worst call quality Iam getting after the call it remains in 3g for sometime.

@ViCustomerCare Please stop making excuses. And do something, I'm using Vodafone since 2015. But back in 4 days, your network becomes horrible as 2011's as 2G. My prepaid plan of unlimited calls for 84 days and 4GB data per day is wasting.

@ViCustomerCare This network claims fastest 4G in my town and it doesn't even allow me to watch 2 minute video in YouTube. Not even in 144p. Vodafone was way better off without idea cellular merge.
