  @ViCustomerCare When Iam using data in 4g and if I do incoming or outgoing call my data will degrade to 3g or it will turn off completely then too the worst call quality Iam getting after the call it remains in 3g for sometime.

  Vi still not responsible for the customer and customer care team also is very bad response People don't brought VI compare to VI any other network is better, and service team text private they told we reach you shortly only that Text only send by there Side @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare i have changed my network(port) to airtel and the vi people are calling and misguiding people to stay on the network like she was saying you have to cancel your vi service by cancelling the port request and told it will only port when you cancel it Gud way to fool

  @ViCustomerCare On expiry of validity we were already losing talktime value now with no SMS service, Vodafone making sure. Customer or operators will left with no service needed
