  @ViCustomerCare When Iam using data in 4g and if I do incoming or outgoing call my data will degrade to 3g or it will turn off completely then too the worst call quality Iam getting after the call it remains in 3g for sometime.

  @ViCustomerCare Once a bad experience, arrogant manager at call center, and never have looked back at VI to buy any of their service ever. I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.

  @ViCustomerCare I am disappointed with your services, using your ₹859 recharge where it was mentioned that this plan includes unlimited 5G, but after my 1.5GB limit the network stops working. I tried calling customer care, but the call bot does not help me connect with a human.

  There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month.
