    @ViCustomerCare When Iam using data in 4g and if I do incoming or outgoing call my data will degrade to 3g or it will turn off completely then too the worst call quality Iam getting after the call it remains in 3g for sometime.

    @ViCustomerCare - To @TRAI - having a problem with my connection. Vi has been charging for service I haven't used, and have to write an email for refund everytime for 3 months. I raised it with Vi appellate with no solution at all. How can I raise it further to TRAI for a case.

    @ViCustomerCare ordered an online Vi Sim on 6th April. It’s almost one day gone, still I am waiting for my sim to delivered. This kind of service provided by Vi for Online sim delivery....Worst service I have seen by Vi. Never recommended Vi....!!

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Have sent you email regarding innumerable Complaints to Vi Team including their appellate but no resolution. Customer Care too have been copied but they too don't bother. References: MUM-V00401990465, MUM-V00399126680,  MUM-V00394808152.
