    @ViCustomerCare @ABPNews There is no operator for VI at Balour Nidhi, gaighat, Muzaffarpur BIhar, when power gone VI tower get closed. NO power backup provided, need to check this is the big thing to mobile tower is not working.

    See, this is why its hopeless to upgrade anything with @ViCustomerCare I have clearly mentioned everything in the tweet but You can’t even read. I hope @Airtel_Presence provides better support coz I am exploring my options. That explains why Vi lost couple of million user in21
