    @ViCustomerCare what the wrong is going on with your service I have just Ported my sim to vi but I have not received any recharge frc on my number so bad services retailer told me they will give me 401 recharge plan with hotstar and 3gb day plan nothing got

    @ViCustomerCare There is no signal issue. If I send sms on 199 then it's successfully delivered but if send in any number then failed.

    @ViCustomerCare You people do nothing .Vi is bull **** service provider in India .Users should go with any other operators but not with VI .Vi is should be kick out from India as they cant solve customer problem ,they just give fake commitments only. My problem 8 yrs old

    I ported my SIM to your network and the SIM has started showing networks as well. But when I try to get it activated, it says that "The services are not available on your number." Sort it out, please! @ViCustomerCare
