    Network connectivity of @ViCustomerCare is pathetic. I have family plan of 5 connections and extra 2 connections. Going to port them all on other work. Better solve issue and save more exits from your network. 🤮

    @ViCustomerCare it has become a monthly routine for you people to rob me the moment I recharge my phone in the name of "games & videos" (M.No-9917477872). Is this how u are switching to 5g? I have complaint earlier as well but still the loot prevails

    @ViCustomerCare Talked to a executive regarding the refund / cashback and she said it is not possible. So, in order to send a single SMS, one need to recharge with 129rs, no matter if you have balance/talktime left in your account. I will switch to different network due to this #horrible policy.

    @ViCustomerCare Had a very bad experience at store @dehradun The government promotes digital payment as an option and the store demands cash only from customers . No EDC machine or UPI payments accepted . Come on vodafone are you that cheap . The staff is all the more very rude.

    Misinformation is something which @ViCustomerCare always relishes. I got many wrong details about recharge package given by VI executive itself and have been refused to connect with seniors on this issues. These reckless behavior might be last nail of coffin for @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you register complaint and they resolved it without calling me they maintain same index very bad from your side again..backend team not reverting mail after 48 hours

    @ViCustomerCare The issue hasn't been solved yet. I got the call saying that I have to visit the shop. But at the shop, they are saying they'd got any update on how to solve it

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Please let me know how to switch to your network. It's really harrasment and embarrassed to be with VI network anymore. It's been 10 days they are unable to resolve issue and services are stopped.

    @ViCustomerCare I got 7 messeges from different Vi people saying 'they care and will get back to me" After 10 days, NOT A SINGLE CALL. Only God can help them. It's not the hutch I loved. Under Takker the hopes have diminished. Users future is uncertain
