    @ViCustomerCare worst customer care experience.couldn't speak with the agent via.only recorded options are there 199 and 199.And this policy of changing postpaid to prepaid is very hectic.They are saying chennai num can be changed to prepaid only in chennai.why stores acrossindia

    @ViCustomerCare Now I am getting few smses that are supposed to reach me a while ago, what the heck is going on and it's patchy.. Please look into it and fix.
