    @ViCustomerCare Worst network compare to all.. if we use a payment app it takes more then 30 minutes to buffer and when you go to costumer excutive for grievance they will only say "complaint kr di hai" again and again .. and problems will happen again .. worst network

    @ViCustomerCare Standard BOT responses. Hearing this since past 24 hrs. No action taken. No resolution yet. My incoming validity has expired. Not to mention, I'm a user since 19 years! Is this what I get for being a loyal user? Escalate this & provide a complimentary pack to restore my services.
