What's happening in @ViCustomerCare .... I never chose to deactivate my caller tune pack. I did receive a message stating that I had chosen to deactivate. Look into it and resolve..... Day by day you're earning hatred.... Feeling to port to @airtelindia or @JioCare

@ViCustomerCare can you guys please get your act together? My complaint hasn’t been resolved for over 2 weeks. I’ve been told twice that it will be done and I’ll be contacted - but no solution has been shared! If you can’t handle your customer issues just tell us and we’ll shift!

@ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium 3G speeds are better than 4G? Ironic isn't it. Lol. Network coverage(bars) in 4G is better but speeds are better in 3G. It seems Vi is limiting speeds in (4G)!
