@ViCustomerCare stop harassing me. If I want to port out, it is my wish. I don't have to give you a reason according to the Indian laws. So accept defeat gracefully when customers move out. You caused this to happen to yourself by lousy customer service

@ViCustomerCare Not appropriated service, I have lost my Idea sim card, want new one they (VI center) forcefully you are going to shift into the Postpaid. Why???? You guys did the venture where is my fault. I don't want spend 500Rs monthly postpaid charges. #Notmyfault

@ViCustomerCare I am very disappointed with vi network. I got 4g in my room when I got shifted there but from last 04 days 4g network is connecting, it's connect only when I got stuck to window and put my hand outside the window. Looking for any better connection.

Hi @ViCustomerCare I have corporate plan. All bills are paid with receipts, still outgoing barred in 1 of the numbers. No outlets willing to help. What choice does a customer have other than to port to other service for the whole plan . Plz advice.

@TRAI I am forcing by @ViCustomerCare for doing minimum recharge of 129 for sending only one SMS is this legally right. Even i have the main balance in my account and also have validity for that but they told me to do a recharge of minimum 129 rupees. Please help
