    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by Vi. In the last 23 years, we have never faced an issue with what we are facing now. It has been a month since the sim is not working & no one is bothered to solve the issue. Can this be looked into ASAP.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, is there any update on this? I have been waiting for my duplicate SIM for the past 3 days and in this digital era, the process shouldn't be this complicated. Disappointed as a 15+ year-old customer! Can someone at least call and explain to me what's happening?

    @ViCustomerCare 3. Unable to install a network booster, stating that it is “not revenue‑generating location” (as confirmed by Tumul). 4. Unable to open a new case, due to which no further action can be taken on my ongoing issue.
