If your backend isn't showing the offer, that's Vi's issue. Customer shouldn't suffer for company's system failure. Resolve this.

False offer shown in Vi App → ₹199 deducted → Wrong plan given. This is cheating, not a "technical issue". Own your mistake and refund or plan given those i have available for
