    @VodafoneIN 25 dec. games system is started from you side no any confirmation from my side. So i am calling on customer care at that time before 24 hr. customer care person (Dhaval) tell me your service is stopped and we will refund your money but still not get.

    Hey @VodafoneIN! Just when I thought your services will not get any worst, to my surprise they just got pathetic! Too many call drops, bad network during calls and slow 4G Volte speeds! Nightmare. Say Bye bye to a 10 year old loyal customer!

    @VodafoneIN Very worst service provide by vodafone .. its my personal experience from last one year i am using a vodafone postpaid connection but always i am suffering from network issue , call drop and net surfing too much showing 4G but after you search anything gives a error 9857340802.

    @idea_cares it's been worst Internet speed ever I have seen. Other service provider Internet 2G speed is more better than your 4G service. It's more funny that took help from other service provider for tweeting this tweet 😂 @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare I realise why noone is on VI because of the pathetic customer service. During porting 10 people called ,now when they deliver a defective sim I have to go out in 43 degrees heat and get it resolved , what was originally VI's fault @Vodacom @ViCustomerCare now I lose 7 year old no

    @ViCustomerCare Completely unacceptable service. Suspended my active postpaid number without proper clarification and kept delaying resolution even after store visits and verification. Because of this unprofessional handling, I’m now planning to port to Jio or Airtel.

    @yabhishekhd @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare operators are already doing something like this. I tested it myself with the same device, network, and location, just switching between different plans. Postpaid versus prepaid showed a huge difference in internet speed.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite recharging 349 rupees pack regularly, I rarely get the service I expect due to constant network problems. If this continues, I'll have no choice but to port my number to another network soon.

    @ViCustomerCare On ₹579 plan, data cuts from 2GB limit & stops when over, despite full 5G signal. Done all steps told by your executives. Don't blame my 5G phone, signal is full. This is your backend mapping glitch. Fix it ASAP! #Vi5G
