Hey @VodafoneIN! Just when I thought your services will not get any worst, to my surprise they just got pathetic! Too many call drops, bad network during calls and slow 4G Volte speeds! Nightmare. Say Bye bye to a 10 year old loyal customer!

@VodafoneIN Very worst service provide by vodafone .. its my personal experience from last one year i am using a vodafone postpaid connection but always i am suffering from network issue , call drop and net surfing too much showing 4G but after you search anything gives a error 9857340802.

@ViCustomerCare You guys are just massaging and telling in my DM that you forwarded to escalation but I tell you that your escalation is itself not working, what kind of your escalation team dear VI, which takes 47 days and still a single connection not able to activate.

@ViCustomerCare Converted my postpaid into prepaid. Prepaid card got activated, recharge of Rs.179/- done on Vi store on 24th June 2022 at 17.55 but till now balance is not reflecting, I am unable to use my card. Very pathetic service.

Even after launching a complain there is no progress. No one is able to reach me and it shows network issues always. Probably one of the worst decisions I made of choosing this service. Wouldn't like this to anyone. Just port mu number that's all I want. @ViCustomerCare

Hello @ViCustomerCare I'm very sad to announce that I'm going to switch to airtel because when ever I use night unlimited data I'm not getting proper net in my daily data pack(that was 1.5 gb) very very poor network and finally the time has came good bye.....
