    @ViCustomerCare Now it's ok but I have suggested Vi network to many of my relatives and friends and the y faced same issue and I have made them correct. But activation of Volte by calling customer care is really a hectic.

    @ViCustomerCare very arrogant and idiots agents in VI. They are not providing solutions. VI is so poor is they have not any tech team ?? Himani the agent who forward the call to supervisor. She didn't mentioned name & say switch to other Company. Very bad behaviour.

    @ViCustomerCare Got a message that your network problem is solved and now even there is no network in my phone 🤔 also when network comes there is 2G Speed even Tower is only 150m far from my home.then how they solved my problem?

    @ViCustomerCare very worst customer care ever. I m using VI since 9 months. Now i have been struggling for network. They told no details is not mentioned in their data & asked me to go VI store. Why they hell are there. Am I free to go VI store many times ? Taking legal action.
