@ViCustomerCare I think this should be taken care by International brand like @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK. You are sending all your customer information to any unknown email id. Pls correct your system first and then expect it from people like us.

@ViCustomerCare a postpaid number was purchased by me but I never activated the SIM. I have never shared OTP for activating the sim, then how can you generate monthly bills??@DoT_India @TRAI. Now everyday i am receiving calls from recovering agents.

@ViCustomerCare I have given the explanation many times on mails as well as tweet but executives in Vi don't understand that Mini Store executives misleaded me and cheated me and hence I was charged additional IR charges. The day this service was activated my SIM card was deactivated for 20 days

@ViCustomerCare Can you explain how can a customer whose SIM card is deactivated use the service. In addition Vi does not have the capability to activate a new SIM in International Roaming. All the required proof are given on mails. Before replying kindly read the mails and respective attachment
