    @ViCustomerCare & @vodafoneIN_Fdtn I’m unable 2 use my data srvcs n I did a DM but thr was no response over thr. I tried 2 connect 2 ur customer srvc cntr but I’m unable 2 connect. I followed all troubleshoot settings but none of them worked for me. Wt type of srvc is this?

    @ViCustomerCare your customer support is terrible.. Haven't solved my issue since a week.. Not able to call or receive though billing is regular and is shown promptly on VI app. Enough of patience
