    Perfect technique devised by companies (Vi).. Call the customer and put him on hold while someone connects, as if the customers weren't annoyed of being put on hold enough!! @VodafoneIN @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I have made many complaint's for my signal strength and internet for past 2.5 Years since Covid started, still its not fixed, more over i am post paid customer, shame on your customer service. I saw some one selling Vi sim, with out proper signal and internet.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN @vodafone Simply asking for refund against my overpaid money which is clearly reflecting in ur account statement as verified from Vodafone Store.A clear cut case of over charging. Chasing over 6 months & you are not ready to issue refund. Why ????
