Perfect technique devised by companies (Vi).. Call the customer and put him on hold while someone connects, as if the customers weren't annoyed of being put on hold enough!! @VodafoneIN @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I have sent the relevant screen recordings of the messages which I hv been receiving everyday. I am so annoyed by these unsolicited messages and accnt debits that if it is not taken care of, I will have no other option but to port the number to a different netwrk service provider

Worst customer experience with @ViCustomerCare, kept me on hold for 10 minutes twice and then hang up. Time to switch to Jio for all my 5 connections. @ViCustomerCare you guys don’t bother for call back though you know issue isn’t resolved.

@ViCustomerCare i was charged Rs.100 for a 3G to 4G upgrade sim, which was free as promised by your customer care executives. Isn't this fraud? Your official retail store is so rude that they think we are their slaves and we need to pay for sim. What kind of scam is this?
