    Perfect technique devised by companies (Vi).. Call the customer and put him on hold while someone connects, as if the customers weren't annoyed of being put on hold enough!! @VodafoneIN @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare #3 Yes, even though you've been my customer for 25 years and have always paid your bills on time, and yes even though your credit limit is Rs.12,000 - I will disconnect you if you pay one week late. Ok, I get the message. I've been a fool to be loyal to Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare This is 2022 and you want me to go to my base circle (2000 kms far) to get my sim changed from postpaid to prepaid. Not a good experience for a loyal customer who is sticking with you for 10 years. The only option left now is to port to other providers!
