    @DoT_India @rsprasad @PMOIndia @TRAI @SanjayDhotreMP I get very poor 4G speeds of just 50kbps at my location. please intervene in the matter ASAP. I don't think @VodafoneIN is taking any steps in resolving the problem.

    It’s been wonderful conversation with one of @VodafoneIN representative RE my problem. He assured me to look into matter but didn’t said when it’s going to resolve! Again to use mobile data need to do long walk as It’s not working at home. so thanks @VodafoneIN to make me walk!

    The bad experience with @VodafoneIN continues. Like when one want to port to pre-paid , you are doing paper transactions? Only cash payment is accepted, when PMO is promoting digital payment ? Customer need to go and find Xerox m/c and ATMs?

    @ViCustomerCare What I still don’t understand is: If my number hd active validity and KYC ws already linked to my Aadhaar, y ws it stopped in the first place? And if verification was needed, why is reactivating an existing customer’s number made so difficult?

    @ViCustomerCare A brand doesn’t lose customers because of one technical issue. It loses customers when frontline staff become disrespectful. Today at VI Store, Mayur Vihar, the response to a customer concern was: “Jahan complaint karni hai kar do.”
