  @ViCustomerCare 500 deposit pending from Vodafone from last one year. Refund request raised on sep 05,2020 but after 6 months @ViCustomerCare Nodal officer saying that deposit amount not reflecting in system. For customer due @TRAI Having solution but for refund thay have no guideline.

  @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Facing terrible network issues with my connection since last 4-5 months, calls getting automatically disconnected while calling someone, getting connected after 5-6 tries. Even sometimes getting disconnected right after connecting.

  @ViCustomerCare horrible service. Even after holding a corporate SIM, your services are getting pathetic. No one is there to listen to the problems. Raise a ticket and it gets automatically closed without resolution. @vodafone

  @ViCustomerCare You don't give up. i did so after 5 months of poor service n after paying 2 months bill despite no usage. A customer deserves action not words. Care or lose, your wish. Already ported now.
