    Dear third grade @ViCustomerCare, After requesting u many times, my number 9011073148 incoming & outgoing service is not working since last 2-3 months though no outstanding. Since u r a fraud company and scared with customers u made us unable to speak to u. Kindly do the needful.

    @ViCustomerCare yesterday morning 5.49am ordered new Vi prepaid sim through Vi app & Paid the plan amount.Still now sim not delivered! Called customer care, they are not responding well And there is no language preferents, they only talking in Hindi🤦now I don't know what to do?

    @ViCustomerCare Facing problem since morning. What's happening? When there is a power cut, Idea signals are nill and showing as. "GPRS". But when the power restores, it's automatically getting changed to 4G. What's going on? Very frustrating!
