    @ViCustomerCare I checked it says that indoor network prblm due to dense residence for your kind information i dnt live in city i m live in village so no possibility of dense residence n your network tower is jst 200 meter away from my location it seems its your another excuse @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Your company had activated the most expensive plan on my phone no. without my permission. When I contacted your customer care I was informed that it cannot be deactivated and the fee for deactivation is Rs 3000. Pathetic! @GoI_MeitY

    @ViCustomerCare Appreciate the quick response for the team. They sent their engineers and fixed the issue for the whole area. Now I’m able to access VI network.

    @ViCustomerCare, Unable to send the SMS from vi sim. As having Rs.50 balance in account. Try multiple options, change the sms center no as well, But no luck. Can you please help me..
