@ViCustomerCare Ur customer care fooled me for recharging my number when I still had incoming validity till 19/12/2022 I recovered my lost Sim, but wasn't receiving any OTP, u told me there's no active recharge, i did it still not working only to find out sms are blocked for 24hr

@ViCustomerCare I am writing to report the no Vodafone network,signal and internet connection working indoors we are experiencing recently in our region. From our end, the connection speed could be as low as 0 or 1 kb/s, and we sometimes even have problems in using google.

They won't even let me port without network, I feel stuck and helpless @ViCustomerCare is the worst. Do yourself a favour and avoid them.

@ViCustomerCare pathetic service harassment to customers my issue remains unresolved agents do not follow escalation process they do not leave notes on account and my ask is still pending pathetic is still a better word as compared to vodafone serves

I would request @ViCustomerCare to stop solving the matter as solving it after 3 days would not let any benfits to me. I am returning back to Ind on 27th. I would request them to pay back the amount as spending 2695 is of no use and also ask them to never make any false plans.

@ViCustomerCare Im in london. I asked my Senior citizen dad 2 visit VI store as local shop scams. Guess what dad got scammed by ur store & converted his prepaid to billing. Vinkita & Manager Manpreet @ Lower Parel refused to cancel billing & raise complaint. Disgusting!
