  Which is the best mobile network right now? I am fed up with my #idea network @ViCustomerCare Everyday I have to switch off and on my phone as I am not able to receive/make calls.

  Such a ****** response to the multiple complaints raised with @ViCustomerCare . They don’t even know how to fix issue and have raised like 7 complaints so far and closed them just to meet their ticket SLA. Never expected this from Vodafone.

  Very poor service by Vodafone Customer care. I deactivated the caller tune by calling customer care and next the day again the service was activated, and the amount got deducted. Pathetic @ViCustomerCare
