    @ViCustomerCare My daughter is sick & i need to coordinate with my wife on WhatsApp.Insipte of having an active plan, most of the times her internet doesn't work. Even today its not working & we are having tough time & need to coordinate only on text message.See you in court soon

    They also told me to get out from the store such a pathetic service I am shifting to @reliancejio as they care for their customers not like @ViCustomerCare who don't know how to treat their customer and i will try that every known person of mine get ported to other network.

    In India we have 3 telecom company @reliancejio, @airtelindia, and @ViCustomerCare. All big 3 run for more more customer not for quality. It is a great opportunity for new #startup companies to improve network quality and provide service to limited customers only. #startupindia

    @ViCustomerCare Internet connection and speed getting poorer day by day here ... It's about a month happening this and you're not solving this . Solve it as soon as possible nor i am gonna leaving this network...

    Raised an issue of unwarranted VAS deductions. @Vicustomercare promptly called back, not only understood the issue but also credited back the balance deduction. Customer care executive was extremely polite and helpful.
