@ViCustomerCare Hello....No resolution provided yet from VI. Its better for customers to port to othr service provider. giving false hopes by CC person. VI store people should stop looting people by providing false n incomplete info. better to refund excess amount or extend validity by 28 days.

@ViCustomerCare I face internet fluctuations problem everyday due to which there is limited interconnection all the time, this problem occurs every 30 minutes and this problem occurs for 1 month or a little more then it gets fine and again gets bad after 2 months.

Today's Vodafone customer executive #shravani has called for the asking time for 2-3 days but failed to state the exact date. And failed to improve the quality of the network within their time frame. I just said 2 u (@ViCustomerCare) is a thief, non- transparent to the customer

@ViCustomerCare I accidentally recharged the ₹470 plan via Amazon instead of the ₹489 plan I intended. I’m short on funds and can’t afford two plans together. Kindly help cancel this and issue a refund so I can recharge with the correct one. Appreciate your support. #ViSupport
