    @DoT_India Please do address my concern. They want me to buy upgrade my handset just because Vi can't provide VoLTE. I can access VoLTE using Jio sim card. @ViCustomerCare must comply with service rather then asking me to buy a new handset

    @ViCustomerCare Where's happy to help customer support ? Did the company changes it's work priority too, I have 15 CUG I wanted to get all prepaid but Jaipur C-sheme ahinsa circle outlet said it is not allowed not it's been months sick and tired of this now. @vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Really disappointed with your service i raised a complain about your services of call dropping and no sound from the other side twice, but problem was never solved anyway i decided not to recharge in Vi further @DoT_India @TRAI
