@ViCustomerCare What pathetic service are you provide. It's goes every week down and for resolution it takes 2~3 days after complaint. Why should we recharge then? Please let me should I switch to another network or will hope for better quality network. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Why remove sms for smart recharge plans all of a sudden?? @Airtel_Presence still support sms for smart recharge plans. When I have top-up amount in my account dont see any valid reason to stop me from sending sms and forcing to recharge with higer plans. Pathetic

@ViCustomerCare Its very very difficult to speak...the network is pathetic....i write on twitter the network starts to work for few days....then again it goes down.... Vodoneidea...please let us know are you planning to do something or should i change....
