    .@ViCustomerCare Been two whole days since a request to cancel an e-sim on a damaged device was put in. Unsure why such a simple request is taking so long. Please resolve this, can't keep making a 45-minute drive to your store – have already had to do so twice.

    @ViCustomerCare stop calling ppl for d upgrade of the plan. We will port. U can't survive by calling for an upgrade. Improve Yr 4G service even. Ppl will port fot the herresment by yr calls.
