    @ViCustomerCare Hi, problem is same as i want my old plan. My old bill plan was 199 and in my account has 80 GB data on 9 march. If you reverted it then ok. I don't want 299 plan. Why your executive change my number from corporate to normal. I want my old plan back with my all benefit. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare your network is giving lots of problems. Trying to call customer care but no avail. No option to speak to customer care executive. Whenever I try to call anyone from my Vodafone number, I have to try 5 times and then 6th time my phone gets connected.

    I want to Port out from Vi. @ViCustomerCare due to rubbish network. I sent message to 1900 for Porting out, but they are not providing me the UPC code & telling "It cant be processed". What a cheating by @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Saw d msg. Thnx. But pls don't say that you guys checked and observed that the charges are in-line with my usage. Cos it is NOT 'Inline'. The system is charging randomly. Pls admit and rectify the mistake rather than passing the onus to the customer and taking a moral high ground
