    My sim not working since morning so visited store for replacement.They said it will be activated within 2 hours. Again had to visit the store for update & came to know documents need to be submitted physically.Again had to go back home and come with documents reqd @ViCustomerCare

    @KhoslaAvneesh @ViCustomerCare You should close your home sim delivery option. Worst experience. Your agents and vendors are so rude and irresponsible. The status is showing out for delivery since 3days. Further the executives are asking for 10 MNP orders to get sim delivered.

    @ViCustomerCare Disastrous service.I got my num converted from Post to Pre. My num has not been working since 10.15AM yesterday.After lot of follow up and efforts it got started at 3.30PM yesterday.Since then also my,only outgoing and internet is working.Incoming are still barred

    @ViCustomerCare i was facing some issue with a closed account of my fathers mobile number and visited the store. After discussion i had a chance to speak to the store manager who while having a cool headed conversation passed adverse comments Please call me 9100998505.

    @ViCustomerCare I will port out from ur Services, because daily facing call quality issues and data issues from first day onwords but till now no improvement If this continues like this i will port out my 90 days period will complete on Dec 8th 2022 , raised a lot of complaints
