    For 2 months i kept calling the store manager but nothing happened, not able to contact Voda customer care, the phone number given with the bill is not connecting ,my number is blocked nw during lockdown can't go out, kindly resolve my problem ASAP @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Totally waste of money Garbage Service And Arround 15 call drop per day. Unstable network Please improve your service. Otherwise we have to move on other companies

    @ViCustomerCare Sir/Madam- In saharsa Bihar pin 852201 there is a consistent Internet problem getting speed of 200kbps only from last 6 month at gangjala chowk area saharsa ,,,plz try to fix this problem ASAP... it will be helpful for the customer and company also...Thanks

    Everyone knows it’s covid time and we need to stay inside our home until there is a lockdown and in such situation, it is irritating to hear covid related messages again and again when a person needs to call in emergency. This needs to stop @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence

    They've registered my complaint for Vi app under SSR MNG-V00427011587, and the due date was 28 Apr '21 | 06.00 PM They didn't solved problem and no updates regarding registered complaint. I've been asking help at @ViCustomerCare but they don't respond to my query.
