then discount was activated on 26th Nov 2022. But still ny new bill is same as prev one and once again you "fraud" guys are chanting the same damn thing that the discount will be activated from next. Wth if you wanted to do so kuch fraud for each and every time @ViCustomerCare

Was in manali from 25th to 28th Dec . Very bad network from Vodafone. Today going back & again the same . Most of the time no signals or only 2G . @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I had terrible experience using VI services outside India. There is no notification of exact foreign time for pack for 24 hrs nor any notification. No intimation for plan shift to higher charge. Huge bill shock. Disappointed - 10+ years voda customer & I get this!
