    @ViCustomerCare Continuous internet issues even in open areas. Tried all troubleshooting, changed phone settings, and used the Vi app, but nothing worked. It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.

    @airtelindia Worst customer support. No help from stores, no help on X, and no real customer care. My SMS service has been blocked, yet nobody is resolving it. Why should I keep my number with Airtel? @ViCustomerCare @JioCare guide me i will join u

    @ViCustomerCare Is it a rocket science to give RCS support for iphone in India? Why are you not offering it to your customers? I am sure you will roll out RCS support when it becomes redundant.

    @ViCustomerCare Please, you are requested to solve this problem immediately. The way people porting your SIM in Tehsil Baheri, District Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh are charging money in a forced manner, this is not right at all.

    Hello @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare do you have any better postpaid family plans for 5 SIM together?? I'm using @airtelindia which is too costly and I'm using airtel from 14 years, no offer and very poor network as well.

    @ViCustomerCare Today Network Fully closed from morning Vatar, Gujarat Area. What is the issue . You should send alert to customer . Pleas check and take action immediately.
