@ViCustomerCare I have been trying to switch my corporate number to individual. Made several visits to #VodafoneIdea customer care in past months, but you cannot even generate porting code! Have paid my dues in advance, what else do you need!!! Pathetic services

@khan_mohib They can't.. yesterday they tried to reach me by my Vi no. Bt bcoz f thr worst network, didn't connect (as always). Nw @ViCustomerCare is asking for any alternate no. On which they can discuss the issue.

@ViCustomerCare Yesterday vi internet was down since morning and from 12.08 am midnight there is no network in vi it's been around 10 hours now we are without network in our entire city and district. Focus on network issue not on marketing. Reason why vi is loosing customer.
