  @ozziesaldanha @JioCare @ViCustomerCare My problem is first of all the customer care people's absolute lack of interest in solving this issue. They don't even have the court part courtesy to reach out. It's really sad specially during this crisis

  @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India For past week, there is only 2G network connectivity inside House, although outside 4g works pretty fine but one can't stay out all day all night for the sake of internet, Please look into it. Address- Rajdhani, Gorakhpur , Uttar Pradesh 273202

  @ViCustomerCare You reply to only positive feedbacks but not to customer queries. I raised my complaint to your mail ID and I don't have signal that I didn't even receive any important OTP. Why do you have such customer care?

  @ViCustomerCare - I have been charged int roaming even when I have not left India and all my calls are local. Is there a way to reverse some or all of these charges? IT has responded that customer had said to activate this plan on Sep 2020 but why would I activate such a plan
