    @ViCustomerCare has the worst network. Their 4G internet works worse than 2G. It's time to switch to other sim.

    I am not surprised why people are choosing others operator over @ViCustomerCare . Pathetic service. Internet speed is worst in jaipur. Very disappointing.

    @ViCustomerCare Such a pathetic customer service, spent my whole day trying to connect with support executive, unfortunately not able to connect. Immediately the very next day my plan expired, these frauds stopped all my services including incoming calls, SMS, and OTPs. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I am very much unsatisfied your service. Half of the time there is slow internet flow and sometimes it shows that I am offline while keeping my data on. Many times 4g suddenly stops and I get 2g net speed. Improve your services!
