    @ViCustomerCare Dear, i want to change my postpaid no to prepaid as I try through calling to customer care than visit to vi point is sale, they collect my OVD and I paid some charges also. But they still not change my postpaid no to prepaid and reject my request.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Its been 15 Hrs since my network services are debarred. No prior notice. I don't even know the reason yet. It seems @ViCustomerCare is not even willing to resolve it.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare its high time now. Since the start of the pandemic I hv moved to my hometown in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I use a Vodafone Kolkata connection, I hv repeatedly reported poor 4G coverage & no VoLTE. It's bn 2 years now and u still don't hv VoLTE in Jharkhand.

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar @KhoslaAvneesh Pathetic Service. Today, all 5 no.s in my family plan were disconnected. Thou' Bill due dt is 9-Feb. My service request of 1st Feb for credit of excess pymt (against o/s dues) is still in process with SLA of 3 days.
