    @VodafoneIN I've been a loyal customer since you started operation in #India Never delayed payment. On 6th Nov, I submitted change of bank details for ECS. I ws told it would be activated by due date 19th Nov. It hasn't. I'm not going to wait for hrs again at your gallery.

    @VodafoneIN When I last called Vodafone, your employ Sneha told " Server is down. I cannot track anything. Wait for 48 hours " WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT WHEN I HAVE PAID THE MONEY AND ITS YOUR SERVER PROBLEM AND YOU CANNOT TRACK THE MONEY. I GAVE YOULL ALL THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

    @VodafoneIN Porting out is the only option left with me. I don't get any 4G network in my factory which is in vasai when I asked about it, you employ Sneha replies " We have stopped 4G service in vasai ".

    @ViCustomerCare today I visited your VI store to take new sim card because my old VI sim having issues. VI store is charging Rs.100 for new sim card. Why need this charges for existing customer? So rather than this I will port my sim and I get sim plus 1 month validity.
