    Yesterday I brought a brand new connection of @youbroadband, really very disappointed with the service provider. I am unable to load Google homepage in between 6.00pm to 1.00am. Nice way to fool people in the name of @VodafoneIN.

    So ending my long association with @VodafoneIN purely on account really bad service ( my number being either unreachable or busy . Last week it was busy for 60 hrs straight). And the way they address the complaint is even worse. Last req to them pls clear my portout req asap.

    @ViCustomerCare few days bak i had raised complaint against An employee of VI for sending bill of another person bearing same name as me on my email id, because I had clarified it for 2 years. Kumar from VI wrote me back asking for the payment. Liers why don't u file bankrupcy?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I have two numbers which are more than 20 years. For last 5-6 months the services are getting debarred even when no outstanding. Call to 198/199 are unable to help. Sending mails to your corporate.India address unable to give a permanent solution. Please help
