    @VodafoneIN facing alot of issues since a month. Call drops, Low network range, 2g speed of internet (i think even lesser speed than that). Its only faced by me in a particular area but faced by many users around the city. Didn’t expect such a poor service from your side.

    @VodafoneIN cheating policy of VODAFONE. INSITE OF BALANCE AMOUNT NO DUBAI CALL WAS MAKINF WASH working. today for my wife's mobile. with msg press 5. talk just to your c.service was misleading .Wrong and felt like cheated. I have to talk to your highest executive Or else .😡

    @VodafoneIN Absolutely pathetic service and network has taken a huge hit. Being with Vodafone from 2003 but unfortunately Vodafone representatives do not understand how business is done. It's easy for me to port & go away from Vodafone which will be my next step now.

    @VodafoneIN I don’t think so. Because the Vodafone network I used to use few months back was much better than now a days. I have been facing such issues since 6 months

    NEVER BUY A VI SIM ONLINE, very bad experience. 😡 I purchased the vi sim only so that I could get the choice number but the delivery did not arrive on time and the number I had selected was booked. And after facing many issues, now i unable to use internet. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare So, this is the resolution they gave, go to a near by Vi store(i.e. 78km away) and get my sim checked, buy a new sim because it's old(bought in 2018) that could be a fault. Do not expect refund. Thank you so much Vi for helping me.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, From 2020 I have an issue with my VI No where I can do only outgoing calls and there is no incoming calls and messages and if I call your customer care executive they will tell that in system it’s says active but in reality it’s not working.
