    @VodafoneIN Your engineer have visited both the locations. There is/was issue at both locations. They have installed additional equipment and is working fine at 1 location. Thane location problem persists

    Hi if anyone trying to call me for last 2-3 days and getting my number busy pls note that this is @VodafoneIN issue. You can call on @WhatsApp or send text msg. Pls bear with me while I SWITCH the operator. So far 12 ppl hv notified me of this issue (my number being busy allways)

    Really unsatisfied with your @ViCustomerCare service, in my hometown your network is unstable and strength is weak, thus i use your sim as a backup. And now when i had to send a important sms you have increased the tariff to ₹128 per month for outgoing sms!!

    Waiting to solve my complaint. @ViCustomerCare ask to update vi app every few days but does not provide network to do that. Very very disappointed towards service.Everytime i complain for same issue everytime get new complain number so that they can saw previous complain resolved
