    Visited Vodafone store Sion to resolve recharge fail through VIApp. Surprise to hear from staff for online recharge Store can’t resolve it, you have to contact Care or Email. Requested for Customer relationship person who suppose to handle Customer is on leave.@ViCustomerCare

    Worst 4G network speed at my location it's feels like I'm using 2G VI network , I complaint to many time but they give us a hope that they fix it in a week or months but they don't. @ViCustomerCare

    Dear @TRAI inspite activating DNC and DND services with telecom providers @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN still receiving spam calls which never have I opted for. Are we doing something to stop these unwanted calls or as customer I just have to report them & get harrased answering

    @ViCustomerCare why my internet speed is super slow and the latency is super high even when I complained about it 11 times, yes that's 11 times still the issue is not solved. And the network gets stuck at 2g. Plz do something don't just register the complaints.thankyou

    First they activate random packages and deduct all your money(>500) and when u finally decide to leave them, they ask u to recharge 120 just to send a message for porting code so thay we can lose more money. Wonderful service at the worst time for humanity. @ViCustomerCare
