    @DoT_India , @ViCustomerCare is again cycling through their same reasons for I don't know how many times now. The issue has been going on since last week of May 2021. They keep using time wasting tactics and just cycle through reasons. @TRAI

    This is simply a way to loot the customer!! First block the sim and then ask the customer to move to Postpaid?!!! This is not how you will survive in the market @ViCustomerCare 😩

    @ViCustomerCare @KavitaJ814 VI is drastically poor network because i'hv been using it for many yrs. Till the time it was Vodafone, it was superb. But ever since Idea & Voda collaborated, it's becum hell. I can't even operate Twitter, FB, YouTube & Google properly. I'hv complained no. of times but useless.
