    @ViCustomerCare There is no care in Vi They will send you umpteen service promotional msgs daily from own account, which are obviously of no use to you. And when you call them about this, they will say yeh band nahin honge. So tell me why shdnt I port out.

    @ViCustomerCare 4 days and am waiting for the call. If you are not able to get through, as saying in DM’s, it says a lot about your network. Though, I am getting other calls so it’s surprising that only Vi CC can’t get through..

    @imBadalZ @ViCustomerCare VI chhodo bhai, i had postpaid connection, paid full bill 1 week before & visited JIO store with Adhar card. JIO took 10 min to complete the portout process. Now life is cool. JIO is far better. VI IS WORST. PLEASE QUIT VODAFONE IDEA

    @vicustomercare I am fed up with the vi service i have been fake committement i have been you will get 600 rs as monthly bill including gst but i am getting 900 rs as bill...i feel cheated my net is also not working

    Hello @ViCustomerCare Worst service you are giving. No data connection even on 100% network signal. 4G is working slower than 2G. 3G is not even being connected. What to do ? In spite of complaint against slow network, you didn't resolve my issue. 😐

    @ViCustomerCare hello. Me vodafone ka ntwrk use kr rha *** oichle kch dino s mere phone m net nai chl rha hai. Bcz of vida net issues. Or mene apni complaints 7 times raised ki or mujhe koi help nai mili. Or aj bhi contact kiya to bhi nai mili. Its is worst network in india.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, how to add one time data pack in Vi postpaid number? Vi app showing the 20 GB data but it is adding every month to my billing. I just wanted one time data recharge to postpaid number and not recurring one. Please support
