    @ViCustomerCare past 4-5 days your network is acting like anything, calls not going through, the ones going through drop in middle, if you continue services like this, the customers using your network may drop you like the calls your network drops🤷🤷🤷

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Am I supposed to wait for infinite time at your VI store Palam Vihar? Your customer care executives dont want to understand concern. And store employees can't do anything. You have build a great customer care network where no one can help customer.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI . My wife got call from Vi Customer care person (8017105684) . And false claim that ur no. Is going port in @jio as yesterday i placed request from MNP . Just type cancel from ur no. And insisted several time . And finally my port is cancelled. Very unfair

    @ViCustomerCare i am experiencing 2 g data instead of 4g, since last 3 days. Raised a complaint through app but no use , this is happening 3 to 4 times in last 2 months, We have other option@reliancejio to switch , plz look into matter ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare Improve your service and stop deducting unnecessary charges by activating unilaterally without consent of the Customer and employ efficient staff who deliver proper service and attract New Customers as well be able to retain Old Customers🙏
