    @ViCustomerCare What The Hell are you doing guys 😡 . I didn't get any solution about the slow third class speed of internet from #Vi4G . Every Month Same Problem Occurs when you don't have knowledge of running a telecom company so just shut it down why you wasting our money.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, again 70 rs has been deducted even when I didn’t receive the call. And the strange part is that VI app is showing that call is received from my own number which is practically not possible. Please initiate refund and fix your system ASAP. Will share the screenshot in DM

    @ViCustomerCare For the past 36hours I couldn’t use 4G network, 2G alone working when selected manually. Reported to CC many times still not rectified. Have changed sim from vi store still not resolved. My another vi sim also with same problem… Pin code - 625011

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare is doing fraud with me last 6 days. I m unable to use my data plan after paying 56 days unlimited plan of 399. They assured me to resolve my issue but after passing 5 days problem is still remain same. This fraud Telecom company msg me that problem has solved.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, one of the Idea (Vi now) connections is unable to register on your network since today morning 8am. It says 'No Network'. Tried the sim card in 3 phones. Kindly provide a solution, so as to get it working.

    @ViCustomerCare I have network issues since 1 month,I already complained about this 4 times but no improvement yet,i called customer-care but they not give proper answers and they told me i’ll transfer your call to senior, after that i waited 30 minutes but no one response.
