I never enabled it. Please investigate and explain this. I will file a cybercrime/police complaint with evidence.

When I questioned the charge and requested proof of my consent/activation, I was told that I must pay the amount whether I used the service or not.I was also told that if I port my number to another network,the ₹210.17 would not be refunded
