@ViCustomerCare If you continue to provide the same service, very soon you will lose all the remaining customers. Every time I call/receive Airtel number, I keep saying hello hello and the person on the other side hears nothing. WORST service by VI.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, Tried to reach you guys to discuss about the recharge failure (can’t say failure as I got the receipt) but couldn’t able to . Did a prepaid recharge for 379 through Vi app and payment was successful but the service not resumed.

Just reported @ViCustomerCare to @TRAI. Multiple complaints by customers all over India. They are unavailable via call center, email & appellate office! What else is a customer to do during this lockdown?! Don’t even reply promptly on Twitter! Action must be taken! #VodafoneIndia
