    @ViCustomerCare 1 month I was awaiting due to voice call issue,but no issue on network. Your staffs advised to change sim,unnecessarily I spent 165Rs for new sim.i decide to move for other network. My sim is not able to call most of times in a day more than one month. RTN-V01019105615

    @ViCustomerCare My Vodafone sim is not working in any mobile. Message coming as sim card is invalid. Till yesterday afternoon it was working but suddenly stopped to work. Its very urgent for me to start my sim because I am in Andhra Pradesh right now with family for vacations and all online

    @ViCustomerCare Struggling badly with the sudden drop in your network coverage for both calls and 4G. Persists when I’m travelling as well. Will need to port out if this continues.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I am calling vi customer service they only know telugu they don’t know English after selecting the language they still talk in Telugu and disconnect the call what the problem with you?

    I had a 699 plan which was prorate was 7 days . How did u land up with a bill of 277 for 7 days ? On top of it neither the app nor your customer service executive can provide a break down of the bill.@ViCustomerCare
