@ViCustomerCare my grandfather is 85 years old. I want to port his number from BSNL to VI. Customer service rep at idea office told he needs to come to customer office. Is it not possible for VI to provide sim service for senior citizens from their home?@ViCustomerCare

@ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare how poor a service Vi India have now a days. How a post paid SIM card is blocked without any notifications or prior email or call. And if you complain via email, you don't even get a docket number. Why Shall Indians use Vi postpaid kindly answer.
