Network is unstable and indoor coverage is poor. Don’t claim “strong 5G.” Fix it first. If this continues, I will port out after July first week.

Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.

KYC redone. Biometrics done. New SIM issued. “2 hours” they said. It’s still dead. system doesn’t reflect KYC. What is this service?

Ur useless customer team has no clue what they say on phone and what they write on mails. Can't imagine that hw customers r looted.
