@ViCustomerCare @anandsharma_vod Same issue since last 6 days. But vodafone's only response - your area is not covered adequately, indoor network is poor. Idiots don't understand that the sim in not getting signal bar for any damn location.

@ViCustomerCare Was able to speak with customer care, I was told that I can't send sms even with balance because sms service is enable only when I recharge for more than ₹128. Not many use SMS, I had to use it for UPI registration, so just for that one SMS once, you want me to spend ₹128?
