    @ViCustomerCare I need data when I run out of data not when I already have left 2-3 gb dta left. So please it's a genuine problem please do something about it, and increase the 'after daily data consumed speed' to atleast that level that level that i can atleast do "Recharges"

    @ViCustomerCare Dear sir i am using vi sim - 9340215468 for 1 year i have network issue in my area means sim automtatically switch to 2g,3g oftenly i have complaint 10 + times but there is no solution i have tried both method by calling and by using the vi app i live in madhyapradesh shivpuri

    @ViCustomerCare Being the Idea customer for 8 years, the SIM is not working since last 3 days. When visited the mini store of Vi; although providing valid original documents, the documents were rejected again and again to issue new SIM against the same number.
