    @ViCustomerCare India's fastest 4g ?Don't joke around . I can't even use 3g since three days , your network service is absolute **** , DONT IRRITATE ME ON A DAILY BASIS I can't even do anything , don't force me to change my network , I'm fed up .

    @ViCustomerCare Hi I am unable to send or receive SMS since yesterday. When I try to send messages it comes up as Error Code 0. Tried customer care did not get much help..please help !!!!

    I'm not getting 4g network of VI and even customer service also is not good, I'm facing this prblm every weak for 1 or 2 days,it feels like you guys don't give **** about your customers, I'm not sure how long VI will survive with this kind of attitude @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar

    Hey @ViCustomerCare are u guys really solving the customer complaints or jus sending an SMS as resolved, in my area there is no proper connectivity and iam complaining from a month,it always shows 3G and call drop outs, No internet during calls.

    @ViCustomerCare @Paytmcare my father made a payment from paytm of rs 820 bt it didnt reflect on vodafoneidea app paytm said amount transferred 2 vi communication bt vi customer care said they have not received any payment.without ny intimation they evn disconnect phone

    @airtelindia Do you consider the customer fool or what, Not even a website able to load at the cost of 4G. Anyone seeing this tweet, Its better to get @ViCustomerCare service, they are much better.
