    @ViCustomerCare Currently I am in Bihar and my sim is on roaming. I am neither getting internet speed nor my volte is working. All this issue is happening despite there is a VI tower around 200 meters away from my house😑😑. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare what is your autodebit facility Or pain for customer? It forces user to dial *444*46*0# else money will be deducted from account,why? Why forcing customer? After dialing it ask 4 response, ambiguous to answer "press 1 to activate" Is it activating or deactivating?

    @ViCustomerCare NO CALL NO MESSAGE NO VISIT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT STILL I RECEIVED THIS MESSAGE ... PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS Network complaint with reference no. GUJ-V00476156681 was a temporary issue which is successfully resolved by our team of dedicated Vi engineers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Don't you guys dare to ask again for feedback , to send feedback I need network, which you guys can't provide I regret my decision of switching from @ViCustomerCare to your network , I'll revert it as soon as lockdown is lifted.
