    @ViCustomerCare since i raised request for Port out of Vi, I m getting sms of offers every 20mins. Plz discontinue these msgs, I don't need them. Vi customer care is not even able to give me call me due to their poor network. Just discontinue these msgs, I'll b grateful.

    @ViCustomerCare I gave request to change my vodafine postpaid to prepaid in VI Store last Saturday... It's not yet completed... I got rejected message.... Pls help me out soon...Very very wrost service from VI

    @ViCustomerCare 2 VI sims which were switched off were deducted for VAS services without our consent. It has happened multiple times and even after complaining it keeps happening again with no action taken to stop it. Kindly help in resolving this and crediting the money back
