@ViCustomerCare Their network is so strong & fastest that they can't reach out to me even after the month!! Everyone from my contact list are able to call me, but this fraud telecom face something weird issue when they try to reach out me. This is what they offer to their customers. (2)

@ViCustomerCare @lakshmanmoka Customer care executive informed me that vowifi will take 4 to 6 months. Not immediately. He told me , we are not asking to port you but it’s your choice. Further he told , port now and come back after 90 days to suffer.Nothing will happen in #vi. Worst network.

@ViCustomerCare probably the worst service that i ever get from a network company.. recently i ported my BSNL no. To Vi but now i realised i was a big mistake they are providing 2G internet at cost of 4G am even unable to send sms to anyone it's been 5 days

Roamed the whole of Bardez & Tiswadi with my phone in the sky. My Vi network has been gone for 2 days straight. Paid bills. Did network troubleshoot - not an airplane mode problem. @ViCustomerCare No point in paying for this no show. Will change providers tomorrow.

@ViCustomerCare Team said the same as said by customer care executive. No solution provided. Arrogant behaviour of @ViCustomerCare towards their customers. Will never recommend VI @VodaIdea_NEWS to others.
