@ViCustomerCare after three weeks of good net after complaining it is back to it's old self slow and trash. It's sometime worse during the day time and the net will be gone for more than a hour or two but it mostly happens in the evening and at night. Please try to fix it ASAP

Absolutely pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS. I was told to replace my old Sim which I did but still not operational after 48 hours. Now I am told to take my 70 year old mother to resubmit the documents.

@ViCustomerCare What is the meaning of customer service, if you're worthless?? You're fraud people and no one taking action against you. @ViCustomerCare I've already mentioned, I don't want service validity, as per the offer and commitment provide me the UL pack validity for all the numbers.
