Hey @ViCustomerCare i have getting network problem (data speed) problem in my area since 1st March i have also raised a complaint by contacting with customer care number 198. But the issue didn't solved and and day by day it is getting worst. vi network downgrading in my area.

@ViCustomerCare I'm from Saharanpur, UP and I have very old VI Connection. I'm facing call connectivity issue. People say that they keep calling but can't connect. I shifted from Postpaid to prepaid because of that reason but not improvement.

@ViCustomerCare dear vi your service is like ****.. My brother purchased ye vi card 2 month before now it is not showing any signal in mobile... Your local vi store person said I cannot do anything in this matter... Kalol 382721(Gujarat)
