Bad experience with vi telicom campey I have filed complaints many times but till now neither the internet has been fixed nor the problem of call drop was asked to correct the internet and calling on 2nd August but nothing happened till now. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I have no option left but to port out from Vi @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup as i was forced by Vi store Executive Mr Navin Thakur of Vi store, Manpada Road, Opp Raymond Showroom, Dombivali East (421201).worst service from Vi.. Their executives abuse customers and talk harshly.

@ViCustomerCare such a bad service, from customer care executive called me nd not resolve my concern. Without my permission u guys have change monthly plan. I am porting this 9 year old service from vodafone to other service provider. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

@ViCustomerCare Checked but you responded just like other vi service team. I am still waiting for some positive response from that mail. Even after 19 days, I dont have solution for such a small issue and still waiting for my services. Btw, I received the bill on time but not the services yet.
