    @ViCustomerCare ,I have called 4 time On VIC care 198 ,he told call no9702012345,ur post paid ,when I called this no 3ctimes person asking again it prepaid, then told to me try karte raho lage GA pr paid me. It is VI now ,bad exp.

    @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidealimited As instructed, reinstalled the Vi app & signed in again, but the problem persists. I don't even know whose number it is showing in the app, because it is not even in my phone contact list. please sort out the issue on priority basis.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm fed up with your unwanted VAS services that are automatically activated by you, and when we ask for deactivation and refund, your customer service refuses to refund. I don't have the option to port out if you continue to do this to your consumers @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidealimited Emails were sent on 1st, 3rd, 6th & 9th Nov 2021. You have not been able to solve my problem. My correct alternate number is not updated yet. You don't even bother to call or give status on e-mail. What's the use of sending you an e-mail?

    @ViCustomerCare No wonder Why Vi is lagging behind! Been a day since Recharged still unable to use Data at handset even after APN resesting, Mobile Restarting, Roaming activation. sim ejection. No one cares to look back into the Complain registered!! Shame on Customer Service.

    @ViCustomerCare network issue is still not solved everything works fine except for CODM. CODM won't connect to the servers unstable network error is popping up. I double checked it's not the game servers side fault.its my ISP's fault plz fix the issue. Plz........................
