@ViCustomerCare i am just to talk vi customer care executive but I am failed to do so , I have tried more than 20 times and what the hell your are doing . I can't use my internet but I can use internet on call but as I but the call on hang on the internet service would stop .

@karma_nishkam @ViCustomerCare Sim is replaced free of cost. Secondly they're replaced because you will complain about slow speeds on your old outdated idea sim card. Contact customer care to know more details, or raise a dispute that network isn't working. @ViZzFans #vodafoneidea

@ViCustomerCare After complaining multiple times I decided to check have you done ur home work so I toped up small data pack. You know what.Again my money flushed off. Still not working .If you don't want to work stop taking ur salaries. VI will survive automatically.

@sampra09 @ViCustomerCare @ViZzFans I too am a fan of idea, have other sim of vi. The old idea sim had faster 4g+ connectivity with VoLTE whereas my new number in VI was slower in data connection. Enquired with local VI support service provider where they demanded 150 for the SIM.
