    @ViCustomerCare I hav complaint to make: my father's no. has not been active for last week. I have reached out to your store multiple times. they are not giving proper answer. Service has been really pathetic. No reason given, no solution provided. Recharge is active/can't use it

    @ViCustomerCare As discussed in call yesterday I will wait till 5th March 2022 which your team told me as resolution date. Even after that I get any promotional and advertisement call then I will throw the @VodafoneGroup sim in dustbin and switch my number to Jio or Airtel.

    2 months of to and fro... One of the worst telecom companies Vi Wrong billing, bad network, irresponsible & unhelpful customer care Finally, the customer suffers. Both my numbers are barred now for non-payment of a wrong bill. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @airtelindia

    Day-2 Still not resolved. I have called customer care executive twice, visited @ViCustomerCare office once and put my concern on twitter thrice. It seems there is no dedication towards customer concern. Please turn on my SIM so that i can switch to @Airtel_Presence .
