  @ViCustomerCare If Vi is unable to provide adequate network coverage in my area, please let me know clearly so that I can port my number to another operator. I cannot continue paying over ₹800 every month for a service that is not being delivered.

  Pathetic service in Darjeeling town. Despite having a proper valid pack, and tower signals, unable to get and make calls. @ViCustomerCare
