    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio @airtelindia I have Initiated request in VI. fr conversion from Post paid to Pre paid, they Didn’t bothered for 10 days nd decided to PORT operator. Now being taken care like an esteemed customer, receive more then 10 calls a day for being retained.

    @ViCustomerCare You got to work on your network connectivity. Every time if there is rain or even sporadically your network goes away or the internet stops working. It happens like this few times in a day. Please look into this issue. It really disrupts my office work at times.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing non availability of 4G since last week. Complaint lodged via Vi two times. Closed the complaint without solving the problem. Today also raised complain. Worst service. My no.9111103655.
